Everything is really fabulous
delay with check-in - more than 2 hours , the hotel feels more appropriate for adults , not for kids , when we arrive , there were lots of wine of alcohol and wine everywhere , i never seen it like this in any other hotel before

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help especially Ms. Trisha Picardal from email communication, check in and pur check out. She made me feel comfortable and truly valued as a guest.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. Unique and cozy style. I really appreciated the staff’s professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Thank you to the entire team for making out stay such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️💕🩷
