the place is family vibes and the apartments are large enough for 3 adults and 3 kids.. the stuff are friendly regarding the breakfast was not that bid options but usually we eat outside the hotel but i tried the room dine was delicious . the location is perfect all facilities are available as small supermarkets youll find all your necessery things 👍

My second stay in 2 weeks- I asked them to try and have a room ready very early, and they did, and also remembered me. Much appreciated and guarantees I will stay here again. Great location, good value apts (for the 2nd time I was given a 2 bed apt despite only booking a 1 bed), decent price (by Dubai standards!)

A phenomenal stay — perfect service, perfect location, and a hotel I’ll absolutely be returning to next year.

Everything, genuinely. The staff were incredible; warm, attentive, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We landed in Dubai around 6 a.m. and reached the hotel just after 7 a.m., well before the usual check-in time, yet they had our suite ready straight away with no fuss. The communication throughout the stay was exceptional, and every interaction felt genuine. The breakfast was fantastic, the room spotless, the views unreal, and the location perfect for exploring Dubai Marina. They even surprised us with complimentary fruit and chocolate. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

In our 4 bedroom apartment which sleeps 8, there was only dishes and cups for 4 people. Though there were some pots and pans, there were no cooking utensils.

A very pleasant stay for our special occasion

This was a family celebration event. Staff were very attentive, making a special effort to look after us and make us feel welcome. Yasser, Jhon and Arun merit particular mention, although all of the hotel staff were friendly, efficient and considerate. Room was good, all clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good.

Value for money, great location and great hotel staff

The hotels location is fantastic, given the proximity to the dubai harbour, the marina, to supermarkets and eateries. The staff was great throughout our stay and did their best to accommodate us for all requests. From John at the front desk, to Brown in guest relations, to Arun at the bell desk and the rest of the team were really great. The counter culture cafe had great breakfast options and a great cappuccino! Observatory was a great restaurant with great views of the palm.

Houskeeping could have been a little more attentive to some details while cleaning as they sometimes missed one or two areas.

Money trap labelled as Mariott

Location

Incompetent and rigid personnel beginning from garage master, through receptionist, porter, room service, security. The room setting suitable for student dormitory only, poor privacy, several rooms connected (for different guests). None of those rooms could be locked. When I asked the porter about this I was recommended to store all my valuables in a small safe. Lousy parking, assigned by garage master for my expensive motorcycle in the most distant dirty tiny corner of garage (there was plenty of free parking space available), no porter available on my arrival nor departure. No valet service for motorcycle at all. Valet service for cars so slow that I had to meet the driver myself in the garage after checking out and the driver even refused to give me my own car. Slow services everywhere. I waited for my room service order for more than an hour. After 4 phone calls it turned out you dont have any sparkling water. No drinking water provided in my room at all. Unkind and poor room design. Poor choice of meals and drinks for room service. Overpriced food of mediocre quality, served like at a cheap street eatery. When I asked for checkout at 2pm, first the staff agreed, then they changed their mind and insisted me to leave my room immediately. Overall, this may be a 2* Hostel, it is not getting even remotely to any Mariott network standards. Money trap as the price is the only thing matching Mariott brand, but without any corresponding value.
