The staff and chefs at the breakfast were so attentive always eager to help.
The valet team were a great vibe always welcoming us at the hotel! Treating us as like family everytime.
The house keeping were also amazing sometimes preparing our rooms 3 times in one day!
Nothing, I do understand while we were visiting some of the resort was closed

Idyllic oasis in the heart of Dubai. Ultra lux, great food options, front desk, breakfast, restaurant, lounge, and beach staff were all super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will certainly return whenever I need a break!
The spa. I intended using the facilities only - spa front desk were very blase, not welcoming at all nor did they offer me a tour of the facilities. The steam room wasn’t working, I told two staff members who did nothing about it. I also saw a front desk member used the bathroom and did not wash her hands afterwards.

The bed was incredibly comfortable!
Reception staff were helpful
The breakfast and facilities overall were very good.
The service wasn’t as I’d expect, at times a little slow. The pool area was very busy and when we requested an area in the shade we were declined as the shaded areas were chargeable, which is not acceptable when you are paying a premium to stay at a property
I left an expensive electric toothbrush when we checked out, which I emailed staff about and received no reply at all.
