No Bars for night life event to spend the evening at the Hotel and we had to leave the hotel for the evening. In addition, the breakfast buffet is below expectation.

The bed was incredibly comfortable!
Reception staff were helpful
The breakfast and facilities overall were very good.
The service wasn’t as I’d expect, at times a little slow. The pool area was very busy and when we requested an area in the shade we were declined as the shaded areas were chargeable, which is not acceptable when you are paying a premium to stay at a property
I left an expensive electric toothbrush when we checked out, which I emailed staff about and received no reply at all.
