Great holiday with a kid.

Not my first time in the hotel, but first time with a kid. Didn’t expect it to be child friendly, but it was. Early check in. Breakfast. Kids pool- amazing, toys were there, water warm, quiet. Food wise, they had kids table, with pancakes etc. stuff super friendly to kids too. Loved it! Thank you!

If youre under 21 you will find it difficult dining or sitting in the hotel at night. And security will be rude and wont let you in even for dining without alcohol

Everything has been just PERFECT, from the concierge desk to the cleaning service hat down! 👍🏼 I’ve been in Dubai several times, here i’ll get back asap anytime. Pool parties were great, beach service excelent, room service always in time. Beyound my expectaction, FIVE were top notch!🫶🏻

Don’t stay with five palm hotel if you love your peace,value for money,calmness and ready to help front deck

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times solely because of the beachside location, and I was new in Dubai so I was always here before I got to know about other great hotels and when I was looking for hotel to book cause I said never again five palm,my husband just said just try five palm one more time and I regret it immediately after booking and paying but every visit has been worse than the last. The service is consistently rude, disorganized, and shockingly unprofessional. Despite numerous requests for early check-in, I’ve never received my room before 4 PM. In fact, when I asked to be checked in by 2 or 3 PM, they had the audacity to send me a rude message saying they couldn’t do anything – even after 10 years of booking through Booking.com! The front desk staff are dismissive and disrespectful. They rarely answer calls, and when they do, it’s only when they feel like it. I was even told by one of the staff members not to expect peace or enjoyment if I chose to stay there – apparently, the crowd and poor service are normal. The hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests. Booking.com contacted them on my behalf and was told there’s “nothing they can do.” That’s the level of customer care you can expect here – none. Rooms are overpriced for the terrible experience you get. It’s chaotic, loud, and frustrating. I left feeling angrier and more stressed than when I arrived. Even when I complained and wrote a review before, they begged me to delete it — that’s how they operate: cover up instead of fixing problems. If you want peace of mind, good service, and value for your money, do NOT stay at Five Palm. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Dubai.

This property I hate coming here,this my like 10th time coming here because of the beach side they have but when ever I come I don’t ever feel happy with there performance,they checked me in by 4pm after telling them so many times at least give me room 2pm or the 3pm they sent me a rude message saying nothing they can do for me and even booking.com I have used for 10 years even sent me that the hotel said nothing can be done for me from the message it was rude and for the first time after dealing with booking.com through email they sent me to review them and I gave a very bad one to them cause how can hotel tell you to tell your customer that they can’t do anything for me like they don’t care ,again the front deck people are very rude you can never call they pick they only do when they want to talk to you by them self is as if they don’t care even of there staff told me on check in that if you want to enjoy your stay without getting angry don’t come to five palm that she’s even tried that the crowd is always much they take too much booking and act like this after payment and I swear on my life the way this property and booking made me feel I will never even in death come to this property if it wasn’t that I already paid I won’t be this angry I have felt so uncomfortable,angry etc about any hotel in Dubai they are always sweet and sometimes give me the best room very professional but you see five palm if you want disrespect,waste of money etc your check in first will make you never come back not to talk of there character all of them,the last time I said never again I stayed just 3 days my God it was heal I asked for help no help till I wrote it here they beg and beg till I deleted my review they even have to change my password of booking.

Enjoyable but dreaded breakfast as I was treated terribly by Jonel

I liked the location, and the room I upgraded to amd the cleaning

I paid a lot of money for a sea view only to be given a room that was set back beside a wall which cut out a large part of the sea and skyline view The service was good most of the time apart from a waiter called Jonel, he made me feel uncomfortable everyday at breakfast. He rolled his eyes at me on two occasions when I asked for a second coffee, he remained silent every time I ordered and just put my food and coffee down without eye contact which was incredibly rude. I would not return due to Jonel’s manners

Everyone made me feel so welcome as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff were outstanding and very considerate and made me feel safe as I was travelling alone. Yara from Numa was fantastic made me feel really special.
