A beautifully opulent, effortlessly calm hotel with impeccable service that made travelling with you

We had an exceptionally seamless stay. The hotel is beautiful and opulent without feeling overdone, with a calm, luxurious aesthetic and excellent attention to detail throughout. Service was consistently warm, polished, and proactive, which made a huge difference travelling with two young children. Facilities and layout were flawless for kids, and everything felt easy and well thought through. The only minor suggestion would be firmer beds and pillows, which is of course a personal preference. Overall, a truly pampering and stress-free stay and we got a late check out which was a god send.

Had a perfect family holiday at the luxurious Westin Mina Seyahi!

Westin had a lot of staff with great attitude and service! The kids loved the waterpark, which was also very safe because of the staff in every corner. The pool area was perfect. The restaurants were great with a giant buffet for breakfast. The entrance and lobby were beautiful and luxurious. Overall the experience was much better than expected, and we had high expectations! Highly recommended!

The traffic is very congested when leaving the hotel towards Downtown. I suggest taking the walk bridge to the other side of the road and taking the taxi there, which will save 30 minutes.

Just amazing, thanks a lot

Everything was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is an amazing place for families. Although many families were staying at the hotel, it never felt crowded, which we really appreciated. The kids’ pool was heated, which was perfect as the weather was a bit chilly. The bricks around the pool are not slippery, making it safer for children. Warm towels were provided at both the pool and the beach, which was amazing during the cooler days. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries every day and a buffet offering an impressive variety of options. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room and changed towels daily. The level of service truly stood out. The staff at the hotel entrance were exceptional, every time we arrived or left by taxi, they were there to help with luggage and the stroller without us ever needing to ask. They were extremely attentive and proactive. The same high level of care was present throughout the hotel: everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and always ready to help with a smile. We also loved the thoughtful details, such as the button next to the bed that allows you to signal housekeeping with a green light when cleaning is welcome and a red light when you prefer not to be disturbed. When we needed assistance with the safety box, someone arrived immediately after our call. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water in the room throughout the stay, as well as water and towels at the beach and pools. We also enjoyed fresh coconut at the beach. The walk to the Marina was very pleasant and easy.

Lovely family friendly hotel, with great amenities and clean, comfy rooms.

The pools and access to beach was great. The staff were lovely! Our room was clean and extremely comfortable beds.

Service was sometimes slow in the restaurants. Sunbeds were extremely hard to come by on our first few days so we ended up having to go down at 8 and stay on our beds til 9-9.30 and then go to breakfast. Traffics was especially bad due to a new main road being built near the hotel.

The staff and facilities were amazing

The sun beds around the Westin pool are a nightmare, the people staying in the Westin pay more than the cheaper hotel next door and everyone from there are allowed to use the Westin pool, this is fine if there was enough beds for everyone but there isn’t. They need to urgently look at this as getting down for 7am to reserve a bed in a hotel like the Westin is not what should be happening

The staff were really poor. Nothing was explained to us about what was included in our all inclusive package. Everything took ages to arrive especially food. 90 minute wait for lunch. Constantly having to chase up orders.

The location was fab, tram stop across the road meant easy travelling around Dubai. The watermark at the adjoining hotel was amazing, our son loved it. The food is amazing also as are all the staff

Perfect family holiday in the sun!

Outstanding stay from start to finish. We had a Suite which included use of the Club Lounge, and Airport Transfers both of which were great. The room was a good size, and very well furnished. A special thanks to the pool team whose service everyday was superb. Minas Kitchen is the best buffet we’ve been to so far in Dubai.

Waterpark area has to be more clean but it’s accepted, also the slides minimum tall to use is 1.02 m and this information isnt provided until we reached to the slide so if you have a shorter kids they aren’t allowed to use some slides

The westin old gold days have gone!!!!

I booked at westin based on my memories of the hotel 10years ago. Unfortunately what we found was totally unexpected.All staff unprepared and unprofessional.starting from reception desk up to beach attendant. Not to mention staff at the breakfast venue during rush time.at steak house restaurant had to wait 1 hour for our meal. I used to stay at westin 10 years ago. It was sublime. Now quality has really dropped. Not anymore a DUBAI 5 stars hotel .

Amazing all in one hotel 🥰

Our family found the perfect destination for our two-year-old toddler. The room was spacious, allowing our child to move around freely without getting bored or frustrated. The waterpark, which we had full access to, was amazing and provided us with so much fun. The variety of restaurants and food options at the hotel were incredible as well. All the staff members were polite and helpful, and we never felt the need to ask for anything. I especially want to thank the housekeeping staff member, Lama, who was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.

The air conditioning in our bedroom was not cooling, which was especially frustrating given the hot weather we’re experiencing right now. We were hoping to relax and enjoy a comfortable atmosphere in our room. We called the hotel, and they sent someone to check the AC. Unfortunately, it was still maintaining a temperature of around 24 to 25 degrees Celsius, which really disappointed us. We tried our best to ignore it so that it wouldn’t ruin our entire stay.

Great hotel - been a few times

Hotel room was amazing - family double room. Pool and grounds were also amazing, but the AED 75/beer is INSANE!

Beach water quality has gone down hill. It’s not a hotel issue but a Government issue due to land reclamation to build more apartments. There’s little to no water flow now and very little sea life. Rather disappointing from that perspective.

Exceptional Service and Stay

The room was exceptional, huge bed, massive room and bathroom, clean and all the facilities you would expect from a 5* hotel. They have quite a few restaurants, we used the buffet self service and the staff were very attentive, caring and able to provide for all of most peoples dietary needs. Being a celiac myself, I can honestly say that I felt like I was being treated like a king. The reception and concierge were polite and respectful, offering local taxis or private limousine or uber rides. The pool areas we used were well monitored with staff, had very clean changing and toilet facilities. There was ample meeting areas within the main reception area and our overall experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this for any length of stay, having stayed 4 days.
