The staff are so nice work really hard especially housekeeping the rooms are spacious and well kept
I hated the thump thump of the music in Bassola mare adults only part of the property it was like being at a rave all day in Ibiza it was horrendous, you are surrounded by concrete blocks of already built apartments and ones currently being built so knocking snd banging on one side of beach Thump thump on the other side very very noisy

- Comfortable beds
- Good breakfast
- Multiple pools
- Poor front desk check-in experience, felt chaotic
- Check-in delayed despite after 3pm
- Poor ventilation in public spaces
- Hotel feels dated and there is much better value to be found in 5 star Dubai hotels
