The checkin and checkout staff and procedures were excellent. Very kind and caring staff. Room service was fast and efficient. Tv and room equipment were very good.
There is no drinking water in the water part of by the pool, in hot weather this was a problem. There seems to always be one or two slide not working in the water park which caused long line ups. There is little shade in the water park, this needs to be improved.
