JW Marriott Hotel Marina

Excellent property

the staff is very helpful, I forgot the manager name but she was the front desk manager and helped us have late check out! All in all the hotel has great location and access to the mall, fantastic staff and very clean… for sure will stay again soon

I stayed at the JW Marriott Dubai for two nights. The facilities were excellent and the location was very convenient. However, in the afternoon, there was loud construction noise that made it impossible to sleep. I had to complain, and they stopped the work immediately. As a luxury hotel, I think they should have informed guests about the construction schedule in advance.

Overall good hotel but not like 5stars in other countries.Also not smoking room why still can feel smell of cigarettes maybe from next room or poor ventilation system especially too hot humid in bathroom.Sink and toilet not comfortable.Sink too high and too deep if you’re not 6ft tall you barely can use it or else you’ll get wet and bend each time.Bathtub and shower are nice though.Cleaning staff are not doing their best they need to be taught how to properly deep clean each room and bathroom and clean AC often in Dubai too much dust bad air quality.They’re not washing floors and cleaning tables surfaces with cloth and water they only use spray it makes it more dirty and sticky.Carpet needs to be washed too or they should use 2in1 vacuum cleaner not just regular cheap vacuum.Cleaning and maintaining staff aren’t professionals they don’t do their job well I always asked to clean again and toilet after 3 times finally they fixed it but still they need to change it to newer better one.Water flow when flushing barely flush.Bed and tv I liked.Balcony view also was nice.Coffee machine was broken they changed it but still feels like everything cheap and old only some furniture renewed but not like 5 star hotels quality.I’d give it a 4 star hotel honestly
