I liked the stay, the food was delicious, the children liked the pool very much, only the best impressions remained.

Overall I liked the hotel, big comfortable room, big shower. Clean interior and exterior environment, helpful staff.

I didn't like the coffee served at breakfast, you pay 20 euros. for breakfast, where small children sometimes don't eat even for €2, but to get a good black coffee you need to pay an additional €5. This is a bad practice, it must be a good big automatic machine and not need so many service personnel, and customers will do what they want.

A very good place to stay in Dubai

Staff super friendly and helpful. Room is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is very good! Beach is really a plus! Recommended if you are in Dubai!

The breakfast is really good with lots of choices. The fresh fruitables was my favourite. Also the ambiance of the restaurant in the morning was really nice. So close to the beach.

Impossible to sleep!

Location is close to beach and room sizes are good.

Our room was facing a large construction site which was noisy and on top of that other guests would come back drunk at 4am and shout and scream in the corridors so sleeping at this hotel is almost impossible. We ended up checking out earlier and leaving because of this! We also had issues with lights and some other things not working in the room, over all it was a very unpleasant stay!

Amazing staff, super clean. Private beach access, good location with convenient taxi pickup. Nice roof pool.

There are a lot of flies in the dining room

- Swimming pool small. Towels were torn. Water muddy - Sofa in the room dirty, some spots. - Pillows looks like polyester - There are a lot of flies in the dining room - Natural coffee is not included in the dinner price. Extra payment - Evening swimming in the pool and on the beach is prohibited. The beach closes after sunset. The pool closes at 20:00. - No playgrounds. Nothing for children

Best experience ever

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai – perfect location, exceptional service, and 100% cleanliness. But I would especially like to highlight the two guys from the poolside service – Darshana and especially Roshan, an absolutely fantastic person. I will definitely be coming back!

We live in this hotel 10days room 1113, but after 4 or 5 days near by start to build building and noises was very loud from 9 or 10 a.m. We couldn't sleep and rest on holiday. The microwave and stove in the room didn't work until we called a member of staff.

Relaxing holiday in the sunshine

The location was excellent. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Special shout out to the breakfast team.

It’s not a criticism but it would be nice if alcohol was available at the hotel. Albeit we were on the 7th floor on Friday and Saturday night we could hear the car horns going off well past midnight due to the traffic.

Perfect location for a family stay, gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff - beautiful food and yummy coffee!

The staff are exceptional - remembering names, your coffee order everyday, polite and just wonderful. Hotel is so so clean - everywhere is sparkling The rooms are spacious - large double bed in the main bedroom of the apartment The private beach!!! Quiet, always space, cabanas and great food. The pool with kids toys!!! Such a great idea when staying with family, the kids loved it. The ‘making up of the room’ was outstanding, not just a make the bed job, they washed up any plates, hoovered, Tidied the towels - looked like a new hotel room everytime!

Very small balcony with one chair, couldn’t sit as a couple and have a coffee (given this room is for 4 people) and no view apart from another hotel building. The sofa bed is SO uncomfortable, needs a mattress ontop or it as it’s on different levels. When we arrived it wasn’t made up (which is fine) but there were also no pillows or duvet for it so we had to call down and get those. Some of the pillows were as flat as a pancake so you’d need two!

It was my second time in this hotel and I really adore it. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. There is also nice and friendly staff (always helps even at night), good breakfasts. Beach and swimming pool are also great!

Lunch menu. I was in this hotel last year and that time you could choose any dish from menu (and everything was so delicious). This time menu was limited (but I’m really grateful they’ve offered me other variants when I don’t like anything from their menu). No bottles of water in rooms - I think it’s necessary.

Excellent value for money would stay again

The location was fantastic, close to the beach near restaurants and ameneties. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help.

My only criticism was the hotel is on a busy through road to west beach parking. The cars were not driving fast but late at night the road backed up and they would honk.

Pleasant stay, good facilities.

Was travelling with my wife and 10 month old kid, and it was my wife's birthday. We went in July, so there was no issue of early checkin. They upgraded us to balcony room, although its pointless in summers but sweet. Kitchene facilities were great. Big refrigerator as well and washing machine. They would alloew us to carry food from the breakfast buffet for the kid. Also surprised us with muffins and then small cake for the birthday. It was a pleasant stay. We simply went to checkout the pool facility and lifeguard provided us with chilled water bottles.

Great location for West Palm but too noisy for a good nights sleep.

Two nights of no sleep due to being situated on the only road i to West Palm. 11pm-4am of cars hooting and revs from their engines. It was unbelievably loud.
