    Worst hotel I have ever stayed at on the Palm. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the lady at the reservation desk. She was very rude and clearly did not know how to properly deal with or take care of guests. Her attitude was unacceptable and made the experience even more unpleasant. On top of that, they rarely answer their phone calls, making it very difficult to get any assistance when needed. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. The service was excellent, and the housekeeping team was also very good. A special thanks to Mr. Nadeem from housekeeping, who was very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. His service made my stay even more comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel, and whenever I visit Dubai again, I will definitely stay here only. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable! 🙏
