Excellent location. Very nice hotel albeit a little old now. Nice beach club. I was staying there when the missile debris hit at end of Feb. The hotel dealt with it calmly and professionally, the staff were excellent.

I didn’t like the fact they made us pay to extend only half a day due to our flight cancellation. I feel they should have done this for free given the situation and that we were in the hotel when the incident occurred. I heard them also charging others who rooms were physically impacted by the incident. For that reason I would not return, poor customer service.

Lovely hotel ruined by the loud music from midday to midnight

Everything about this hotel is wonderful 5 stars apart from the music.

Visit pretty much completely ruined from what should have been a lovely break with the noise at the pool what should have been a relaxing break was spoilt by competing beach bars and very heavy bass Kyme I think is the main culprit but even the Fairmont one is loud and being down on the beach was no better far too loud the DJ needs to understand if going for an Ibiza vibe then less is more!! This wasn't all either in the evenings could still here the music and bass in the room which is frankly shocking!! The insulation needs to be upgraded immediately this is not difficult so that it's impossible to hear this is no excuse as within the control of the hotel I get that the Kyme is different company yet still formal complaints should be lodged. Will not stay here again unless it's resolved as plenty of other beach front 5 star hotels In Dubai which a shame as came back here after many years as previously had a wonderful experience.massivs let down and won't be recommending it in future.

The room was perfect and offered a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was lovely and well presented, and the lounge area was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were excellent, and the area itself felt luxurious and comfortable. We truly had no complaints and enjoyed our stay very much.

We had stayed here before, and we really liked how much it had changed over the past four years. It has been renovated, and the spa area in particular has become very atmospheric and harmonious. It was wonderful to rest and relax there after an excellent massage. The restaurant area is also much larger than it used to be, and the selection exceeded all expectations.

I can hardly mention anything negative; perhaps just one thing. There was a member of the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms who seemed very pushy. On several occasions they returned to our room unnecessarily and without being asked, and once they even entered while I was standing in the doorway and my husband was in the shower. This was not pleasant.

Wonderful to relax

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, and the receptionist, Angelica, was incredibly kind and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the check-in process very smooth. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. It truly gives a sense of escape from the city noise and offers a relaxing, calming atmosphere. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it.

While the overall experience was great, the restaurants inside the hotel are relatively expensive. Given the high room rates, it would be nice if this aspect could be reconsidered to better match guests’ expectations.

Perfect Stay in the Palm

I booked Deluxe King Room with Palm Sea View and I got an upgrade to one king room Suite with Sea view on arrival. The suite was very nice and the suite was full of equipment such as Kitchen, Washer machine, Dish washer, Fridge etc. My stay was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No Sea view despite paying more for this

We booked partial sea view as advertised by Booking.com and paid extra for this. The view in face was 2 high rise buildings opposite, Main Street to the right and building site below. Now if you walk out to the outside of the balcony and put your head I’ve the side past the wall from balcony next door, there was partial sea view. This was very misleading

Beautiful stay that went too quickly.

Lovely hotel and it was super clean and spacious. The pool and beach areas were great, lots of space in the bedroom and nice soaps, water replaced each day. Breakfast was excellent, so much variety and the salad bars etc changed each day. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely say again.

Great central hotel but not worth the money unfortunately.

Location was great. Could easily access the harbour, malls and amenities around the palm if needed. Beach was lovely and clean with a nice pedestrianised promenade running along outside.

Hotel was dated. Is definitely in need of some attention in places. We booked one of the top rooms (corner jacuzzi suite) and the jacuzzi was coming to the end of its life. Decor grubby and dated.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay at Fairmont the Palm. The staff is really great and will do the best for a memorable stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel facilities are great with pool options for families and adults only. The beach is very good with lots of space and shade, the food is also great and ideal with kids for a quick lunch by the sea/pool.

We stayed in the partial sea view and I believe it was not worth since you get all the noise from the main road (which you can not anticipate how close it is from the picture). I would rather book city view or sea view directly.

Staff was nice and helpful, comfortable.

We did only breakfast, offer is very basic. It is halaal it’s ok but please offer some variety of fish. Improve your coffee service please. Many time I had to ask a couple of times before I got a cup. Noise from neighboring hotel, NOT ACCEPTABLE. Also the total due as per booking.com was not the same as what I paid at the hotel. Location is too far out from main attractions, one ends up spending a lot on travelling. Our trips were an average of AED 80.

Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms and delightful staff

Very spacious rooms with a dining table for 4, large bathroom and walk in closet. Plus a large balcony - though I didn't use it as it was facing the road. The breakfast was excellent and the beach club was dreamy - couldn't fault any of the staff, they were extremely friendly and attentive.

Overall good with some negative moments

Facilities were good, staff, especially concierge services and personnel in golden lounge were very friendly and professional.

I put 7 because deducted 3 point, 1 per each case stated below: 1. Our room wasn’t clean on time thus we had to face inconvenience before visiting important event. 2. Temperature in corridors and hotel area is unreasonable cold. You literally need to wear hoody and sweatpants inside, and then change it to summer clothes. Meanwhile, it is very uncomfortable to go inside after beach and feel like you are entering fridge. 3. Shuttles are not reserved and working with principle first come first serve which is totally acceptable. You need to inform reception 20 minutes prior departure and be at entrance 10 minutes before. But nonsense is that they ask you to make this reservation by physical presence, but not by phone. I called reception 20 minutes prior departure to reserve 2 places, just in order to save my time and rest in my room, but she refused to accept reservation and due to this strange rule I had to go downstairs, reserve shuttle, go back to the room (another option wait in the lobby for next 20 mins) and then return before departure.

Unfortunately, this recent visit did not meet the same expectations, and I did not find it as enjoyable. I would kindly suggest paying closer attention to the cleanliness of the bedsheets, as this is a basic yet essential aspect of guest comfort. Additionally, I believe the reception management team could benefit from further training in guest service to ensure a more welcoming and professional experience. Great stay and lot of fun with facilities and food. Would love to visit again.

Rooms were great. It had an old charm to it. Facilities were good. Kid's area had lot of fun activities. Their Flow buffet restaurant had a wide spread of food options from cuisines all around the world. House-keeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy.

Had to face a lot of issues with their air-conditioning. House-keeping had to be reminded multiple times to replace the non-working coffee machines, in-room telephone unit.

Average - I wouldn’t stay here again

The location was great - tons of beach clubs, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great if you’re there solo.

I didn’t get any help with my bags when I arrived. Once I eventually got my room (which also took ages to get) my luggage didn’t arrive till 45 minutes later which is frustrating after a long travel day. When I rang after 15 mins to ask where my luggage was they said it was on the way but still took 30 mins extra to arrive. Poor service. My room also wasn’t cleaned one day. I left in the morning and returned at 4pm to find it wasn’t cleaned. Frustrating after being in the heat all day. I would’ve rather got a refund and stayed somewhere else. Staff however were lovely and the only good thing about my stay.

Little Bit Of Luxury In Dubai

Our stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The perfect place to base ourselves for our trip to Dubai! The hotel is absolutely huge, plenty of restaurants. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you can tell they are really dedicated to the customer experience. The pools are amazing, there are 4 pools in total meaning none of them get too busy. There is a private beach club attached to the hotel where you can enjoy swimming in the (very warm) Persian Gulf. We arrived early morning way before our room was ready, and we were provided with the use of luggage storage and shower facilities which were massively appreciated after 17 hours traveling. Highlight definitely had to be the cafe within the hotel named "Delicacy". If you have the opportunity, order the pancakes.. we were there 3 times in our week long trip!

We had amazing 3 nights here! (Wish we stayed longer)..everything was exceptional!checked us in early with a upgraded room with jacuzzi on balcony at no extra cost. Amazing views of the sea! food was outstanding here also! All staff members here were awesome with exceptional service. When I return to Dubai in the future I will most definitely stay here again.
