Location, facilities, all great.
The WiFi was completely useless in the room, to be able to actually take the calls I needed to take for my daily work my only option was to be in the hall outside the room or hotspot my phone.
Neither were ideal and I would expect a little more from something so simple in such a reputable hotel.

Value for money! We stayed with the "room only" fare and got the full amount we paid as hotel credit
The food quality at the restaurant of the lobby was not great bearing in mind the price and the fact that this is a 5 star hotel

Location and the spa was outstanding. Not only were the facilities amazing it was very clean and maintained to diamond standards. The change room had its own whirlpool, steam, Sauna and the mixed area had the same plus +
The entertainment systems in room are very outdated and small. The processing was so bad on the TV it could not manage the PlayStation we brought for the kids.
