Perfect Hotel, location super good, silent, calm, marvellous service from the staff. Beach and pool area is superb. Breakfast 5of5. We left the hotel before they had opened for breakfast, got a nice breakfast box to the room. Recommend this place

We’ve stayed in lots of Dubai hotels and a few on the palm and this has been our favourite. The staff are amazing! All the food from room service to the restaurants is excellent and the spa is one of the best spas in a hotel. The clientele is also of a high standard compared to some other 5* hotels in Dubai and in the palm. No young people drinking to excess or making noise! The rooms are huge but the only down side is they’re starting to feel a tad shabby but still very good. The hotel is slowly upgrading the rooms tho I believe. Even with this tho, I would certainly rebook the next time we stay.

The best stay we ever had for a while. Peaceful , clean , helpful and kind staff. We celebrated our anniversary and also had the baby with us it was amazing . The kid area specially the pool is great and me and husband enjoyed a lovely time and food. It’s a shame I couldn’t try the ottoman spa as we didn’t have time but I visited and wow it’s really breathtaking. The management is the best I’ve seen so far in Dubai and I’ve been to so many 5 stars .

Staff were excellent, Room was spacious, amenities were top notch, Buffet was the best with over 150 varieties to choose from. We could not fault anything at all. The only thing we had to suffer was paying for our child breakfast who is 14 years, expedia booking say it counts as a child between 0-16years, but hotel counts between 0-4 years, so we had to spend bit more money on the top. Please make sure you are transparent Expedia. Thank you.

Stayed in October 2025 (UK half term break dates) . Really enjoyed it , breakfast has lots of options, plenty of things to do around the hotel, staff is friendly. Room was a large size and well equipped with all amenities, only downsize i felt was the room was dark even with all lights on but the view room rhe balcony was stunning so happy days

Am amazing experience. Exceptional staff, excellent hotel with fantastic facilities; great food. Great views; Staff that always went above and beyond. They were quite decent in sending a message beforehand to warn there was some renovation going on so o decided to reduce my stay and spend the rest of the tome at Madinat Jumeirah, however if there was renovation going on, there was no sight or sound of it, so now i wish i had stayed longer. We recently stayed at the Andaz in a one-bedroom suite and, unfortunately, our experience Review of Andaz – One-Bedroom Suite did not meet expectations. Prior to arrival, we specifically communicated our for the room setup, but none of these requests were acknowledged or fulfilled. The staff interaction, especially during check-in, was somewhat awkward and lacked the genuine warmth and friendliness we’ve experienced at neighboring resorts. Given that we were traveling with a young baby, we expected a more attentive welcome. However, I must acknowledge one member of staff who thoughtfully gifted our son a camel toy several days into our stay. It was a kind gesture, though it highlighted further the missed opportunity by the original check-in team to create a positive first impression. The room itself was well-equipped with kitchen utensils but lacked a basic item—a chopping board—which was quite inconvenient. It’s surprising that such a simple yet essential tool was overlooked in the room’s setup. Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the facilities, particularly the pool area. Unfortunately, the main pool was out of service during our stay, and we discovered upon arrival that children are not permitted in the rooftop pool. The alternative offered was access to the pool facilities at the Fairmont hotel nearby. However, expecting guests with a young child to travel to an
