Nice experience

I really liked the hotel overall — it was clean, peaceful, and had a perfect pool with a beautiful view. I would also like to especially mention the staff, particularly Nobert, who helped us with our luggage and was incredibly kind and helpful.

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast — the portions were limited, and there was no fruit. It was tasty, but nothing particularly special. Another downside was that the hotel did not provide adapters for the sockets. For a hotel of this level, this is a small detail that really should have been taken into consideration.

It is very nice, clean and apartments are spacious. If you like a mall, there’s one right next door. The staff are fantastic!

Whilst the property is a palm residence, it is situated right next to a three lane (in each direction motorway). The patio windows that lead to the balcony are double glazed, but would benefit from triple glazed sound proofed glazing instead. It was explained to us that, despite asking when making the booking, there was always going to be very little chance of getting a room on the quiet side as they need to prioritise the needs and requirements of long term residents. If you like the sound of supercars, you’re in for a treat as palm residents seem to love to roar past with engine noise you’re going to love. I was less keen personally as I value quiet (hence requesting high and quiet as soon as we booked). Booking.com says there is a ‘fabulous breakfast’. This is only true if you like eggs. There are a couple of non-egg based items available to order, and the staff will try to accommodate needs, but this isn’t the fabulous breakfast you will find elsewhere - it’s just eggs (done very well I’m sure). That said, the Açai Bowl is really nice - just not every day. If you’ve noted there is a monorail very close that links palm Jumeirah to the other parts of downtown where there is a tram and metro, it is closed until December. If you don’t have a car, taxi is your only real option. Walking is possible, but note the earlier comment about the three-lane motorway above.

Amazing!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE staying at the Cheval Maison. It feels like a home away from home. All the staff are so kind and wonderful and they even remembered us from our previous stay which felt special. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything and the rooms are spacious and super comfortable. Thank you Cheval Maison and see you next time! :)

Fantastic apartment as advertise ‘luxury’

We had a fantastic stay. The location was excellent, and our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for the four of us. We made full use of the facilities and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was modern and thoughtfully designed, with lots of small touches that made our stay more comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with the right equipment, and we also appreciated the smart TV feature that allowed us to cast from our phones—something you don’t always find. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily return.

The ground-floor restaurant had only recently reopened. We would have preferred traditional room service for breakfast, but the option available was delivered in takeout containers, so we chose to dine in the restaurant instead

Lovely room, great location, skip the breakfast

Lovely room (luxury one bed room), spacious, minimalist vibes, had everything I would need in the room, fantastic location (literally 30 steps to the Palm Jumeirah mall).

-Breakfast was disappointing: very limited options of a set menu and even with extra charges for some of their set menu? . It was surprising that they don’t have a buffet, no cheese spread, no English breakfast. We did ask them for an omelette (not on the menu) which they kindly did but the options were with/WO cheese or tomatoes and onions (ie again very limited). The cheese was American cheese (like the ones used for burgers not suitable for an omelette). Service was friendly though. -a weird thing happened , we went down to the reception and checked out at 12pm normally l, returned the keys, told that deposit will be released, checking out was fast and simple with no issues. Around 12.45pm a man from the hotel calls me to ask when we will check out? I told him we already did and left, so he asks again so you will check out? I repeated myself again that I’m home already and to check with reception , he says he is reception and again asks so no one is in the room no luggage in the room you will check out, at this point I got upset and argued why exactly is he calling and how does the hotel not know that we checked out already. He apologised and ended the call. Definitely creepy call and reflects poor organisation.

The try to meet a 5* Hotel service but it's far from it at the moment.

When booking, it was not clearly mentioned that the hotel does not hold an alcohol license. This should be made clear on your website and booking channels to properly set guest expectations. I also found the breakfast offering quite limited and the service rather slow. For a hotel of this level, I would expect a wider selection instead of having to choose only one item from a set menu. Additionally, I found communication with some service staff challenging due to limited English proficiency. The room was nicely appointed, but there was a noticeable unpleasant odor coming from the carpet in the bedroom. Moreover, the nearby construction noise was disruptive and should be clearly stated on the booking site, as it significantly impacts the guest experience. The most disappointing issue, however, was with the express laundry service. I submitted six pieces — three shorts, two pairs of pants, and one jumpsuit. When the items were returned, my white shirt had turned pink, and my cream-colored suit pants had noticeably changed color. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard, particularly given the value and care of the clothing involved. Overall, my experience did not meet the expectations associated with Cheval Blanc, and unfortunately, I would not recommend the hotel based on my stay.

Amazing!

My husband and I visit Dubai several times a year and this was by far our favourite stay so far! The building is clean, smells amazing and all the staff are so kind and friendly. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable and the daily housekeeping is fantastic! The location is perfect with everything you need just walking distance away. We will stay here every time we return to Dubai! :)

Really great accommodation - very modern, well furnished with more amenities than most apartment hotels, very central location on the golden Mile in the Palm, Very helpful and engaged staff. Proximity to the Nahkeel Mall with loads of dinning options a real bonus.

Restaurant under renovation during my visit but loads of restaurant close by and food ordering apps closed this gap. Also the flat's kicthen has many amenities.

Absolutely Fantastic Hotel

Second time we stayed here - From Check in to check out the whole experience, especially the staff were amazing (and I don't say that lightly)..... full marks to Dileesh who looked after our cars, taxis etc.... also big points to Solbhin and Nobert, Ali and Cham, Francis, Barsha, Ali and if i/we missed anyone else, so sorry, because all these guys went the extra mile to help, assist and accommodate us. Thank you! The rooms are nice and clean, and the entire hotel smells fresh, and is very well stocked and maintained. The beds are super-comfortable and the "maid-service is first class" The location of the Hotel in our view is "Top Notch" - Centre of the Palm,,,, easy less than 1 min walk to the shopping mall.... and all the main beach restaurants are within walking distance.

We only booked 7 nights and wish we'd booked longer.

The hotel is really nice, we enjoyed an outdoor swimming pool. We had a breakfast in the coffee shop in the lobby and it was good. A nice impression overall.

A hidden gem on the palm..

The apartment, the service all amazing.. The location is perfect as the strip is right opposite and the Mall is right behind. The staff are fantastic, helpful, full on 5* service.. The deluxe apartment was spacious, clean, well situated, it's a hotel experience with the apartment benefits. This will definitely be our home when we visit Dubai..

The location was excellent — just a 1-minute walk to a shopping mall and about 5 minutes to the beach, which was incredibly convenient. The property itself had a very modern and contemporary design, which made it feel stylish and comfortable. The apartment was quite spacious, with large rooms that gave us plenty of space to relax. Overall, a great stay in a well-designed and perfectly located place.

There wasn’t much to dislike, but the only issue we noticed was the limited hot water capacity due to the boiler system. For a family of five, it wasn’t really sufficient — especially after returning from the beach when everyone needed to shower. The hot water would usually run out after just two adults, which was a bit inconvenient.

That when I tried to check in at midnight staff had to scramble to find me accommodation since although on my Booking app and to my email I had a confirmed reservation, Booking had not informed the property. I was waiting for 2 hours!!!! Also, the property adds a strong scent product to the AirCon in the public areas that was awful and triggered my asthma.

Great hotel on the Palm

This is a hidden gem of a hotel on the Palm. It was incredible to find that one of the best gyms in Dubai is located in the building (Chalk Training Ground). Love the hotel, the rooms are so clean. Hotel is right beside the Nakheel Mall.

Dishonest people run this establishment. Stay away!

Attention: stay away from this property if you want to have a good holiday with pleasant memories. People with very questionable character operate here. Trust me it’s not worth the stress. For Dubai the apartments are average at best. Low quality with weird bathroom placement. No where to hang hand towels, poorly maintained, moldy shower. The only reason I booked was because some review said it was new. Well it doesn’t look like that mostly because it was poorly designed with low quality materials. Nearby there are way better hotel for lower prices. I already felt reaped off from the moment I walked into my room, and as if that wasn’t enough they have decided to keep the 1000 EDA deposit without explanation. Bookings.com need to solve this issue and then stay away from shady businesses like this. Because in the end stuff like this could ruin the trust of your loyal customers.

Top level experience

Everything was on top level. From the breakfast and the staff to the pool and to the apartment. The location is also great. You are near around 5-7 minutes to very nice private sand beach and just 20 - 30 meters from Nakheel mall and view of the palm as well as 20-30 meters from 3km long alley with palms for walk and sport.

No metro access, but with taxi is every easy to go everywhere.

Lovely few days in excellent accommodation

Really lovely room / apartment. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The facilities, especially swimming pool and gym, were excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful especially at check in / departure where nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mohammed, Ahmed and Champ.
