The butler service was exceptional, staff couldn’t do enough for me, they were highly professional and went above and beyond for my entire stay
Bath robes could be upgrade as some were frayed. Maybe more attention by the breakfast staff. Waiting for coffee in the morning could easily be remedied if they had a staff member stationed in beverages only

Breakfast was lovely with multiple options available. The location was also great with the option to either sit indoor or outdoor. I wouldn't usually opt for breakfast included, but it was great food and great service.
The check-in time at 3pm was quite difficult when we had plans from 5pm onwards. However, we arrived early (10am) and they managed to accommodate an early check-in at 11am, which was most appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the overall quality of everything. The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and my experience was truly pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The highlight: we wanted to visit Museum od the future but there were no more tickets for the next 12 days. They found tickets for us for the same evening 🙏

The St. Regis lives up to its reputation in every way. From the moment you arrive at the valet parking service, the check-in, the quality of the room, the professional staff, the quality of the amenities, the breakfast, the restaurants, the daily champaign tasting, all is truly amazing! We enjoyed the Nakheel shopping mall to which you have direct access. And we had the best meal of our lives at Trésind Studio on the rooftop of Nakheel Gardens.
The St. Regis is next level service in a discrete and very pleasant way. We will be back next time we visit Dubai!

I wrote to the team a few weeks in advance about my flight arriving early and, if possible, I would like to check in eatly. There was no rooms available and they took my phone number to call and no one did. We were so tired we fell asleep in the sitting area in the mal from 10-230pl. When we got back to the hotel we were told by another person that the room was ready " a long time ago"

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, and our butler even went to the trouble of arranging a cake and balloons to celebrate our anniversary! I really liked the addition of the REN facial cleanser as part of the amenities in the bathroom!
the shower head did not work perfectly, a few of the nozzles were blocked, but this was not a major factor

I will start my review by saying that the number one staff member who goes above and beyond for her guests is Alexandra, also known as the Concierge Supervisor.
I approached her with two issues, and she resolved them both so quickly and with such attention to detail that I was left speechless. Not only was she incredibly efficient in resolving everything, but the way she carried herself was truly remarkable. Alexandra was professional, attentive, and customer-focused, always wearing a genuine smile. She had such warmth that every time I saw her in the lobby, I was greeted with a sincere smile. It was clear, she loves her job, and when someone loves what they do, it shines through.
Alexandra’s knowledge of the hotel and the area was exceptional. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm should honestly consider making her a manager, her dedication and passion are unmatched. I truly hope this feedback reaches her, and I hope Alexandra is proud of the hard work she puts in at this hotel.
::: The service at this hotel was exceptional, with the housekeeping staff being incredibly kind and thorough in their work.
::: The pools were much larger than I expected. There are two pools, and they looked vastly bigger than the photos I saw online.
::: The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, making it super easy to find almost anything you might need. There are a variety of stores with different price ranges, and two grocery stores inside the mall as well.
::: The hotel also offers free transportation to and from a beach club, which is absolutely incredible.
::: A lovely touch was the free water provided daily in our rooms.
::: I also experienced something unique that I’ve never seen in any hotel around the world, the housekeeping staff would neatly organize your cables if they were tangled. They even used a special St. Regis cable holder to wrap them up. So cute!!
Areas for improvement for this hotel::: (my personal opinion)
While my stay was amazing, there are a couple of aspects that I think could use some attention, which is why I’m rating the The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm 9 out of 10:
1. Location and Traffic: As expected, the hotel is situated on the Palm, which is somewhat removed from the main attractions. However, what I didn’t anticipate was the heavy traffic in and out of the Palm. During certain hours, you could find yourself stuck in traffic near the hotel for a long time. For instance, if you want to visit the Gold Souk during certain hours, it can take up to 1.5 hours to get there, and it’s quite far from Dubai Mall. However, the Emirates Mall is more easily accessible. This is something to keep in mind when planning your day. The traffic is awful.
2. Reception Staff: Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was not the best. The front desk agents didn’t seem very welcoming or happy. On multiple occasions, when speaking with staff, I noticed that they didn’t make eye contact or smile much. They often looked at their screens while talking to me, which felt impersonal. I didn’t feel that warm reception that you expect from a 5-star hotel. The interaction was lackluster, and it didn’t make me feel excited or welcomed to approach the front desk. This could definitely be improved. Alexandra, the Concierge Supervisor, should give lessons on providing 5-star customer service to the front desk team.
3. Privacy in the Bathroom: The privacy curtains in the bathroom are an interesting feature, as they can be controlled by a button to prevent others in the room from seeing you when showering. However, the shower door is completely clear, and while the curtains are down, there are still noticeable gaps between them. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, especially when sharing a room with friends. I wish the design could ensure full privacy, as it’s not ideal to feel exposed when showering.

Leaving on foot can be a little tricky it doesn’t really exude “walking vibes”

The problem is not with the property but with booking.com as I clearly remember paying for breakfast for two days and when I got to the hotel, they told me that that wasn't covered. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of what I purchased, but that was such a shame as I'd really do look forward to my breakfast is being covered under the purchases that I do for my hotels that is it !!!!

The hotel itself was nice, but the service experience needs serious improvement.
The staff were extremely polite, but surprisingly lacking in empathy and communication. It was difficult to get real help or feel understood. They were respectful, yes — but also distant, unthoughtful, and unable to connect with the guests in a meaningful way.
