Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The family apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Great location, directly opposite Palm Jumeirah Mall and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Nothing in particular – we had a very pleasant stay.

The food was very good, the breakfast especially. Fantastic selection, buffet from around the world and of good quality. The pool was very clean. The staff were very good, plenty of staff helping, cleaning etc. You definitely feel looked after.

Around the pool was amazing but some of the stone in certain areas around the pool would get dirty and got muddy, only a slight negative but could be better. Also we got an apartment, it was clean and very nice but it would be better if they left a couple of sachets of dish washer or washing up liquid in order to clean our dishes as we got a couple of take out meals and wanted to wash up after but couldn’t.

Great location, 3 restaurants. A Great pool and private beach and warm sea within 200 yds. Staff really friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

The biggest disappointment was that the beach and pool are not adjacent to the hotel as shown in the photos. In reality, they are a 5–10 minute walk away through another building that’s part of the apartment section of the property. The photos on Booking.com made it look like the beach and pool were directly behind the hotel, which is misleading. Because of this, we checked out the next day and moved to Atlantis. We had booked for 3 nights and requested at least a 1-night refund, but the staff refused, saying they couldn’t do anything. Advice to other travelers: If you want to enjoy beach and pool access directly from your hotel, this property will likely disappoint you.

Some of the exterior and interior feels dated. The gym was closed without notice. Staff were too busy on their phones to be attentive; I ended up clearing my own plates away!

The size of the apartment was fabulous so roomy.

I felt it was a bit disjointed on our 1st morning we went down to the beach only stayed for half an hour there were no staff around to order anything from it was just beds !! The breakfast was mediocre certainly not worth what we paid for it overall the stay was pleasant enough not sure I would book it for anything other than a weekend !

Location was great and the fact there is access to a beach is a plus. The hotel itself is really nice.

We booked a larger room and paid extra to add beds for our kids. To our surprise, the “extra beds” turned out to be pool sunbeds—hard, plasticky, and extremely uncomfortable. When we asked the hotel, they explained that due to high occupancy, this was common practice and that no proper beds were available. Even more concerning, the General Manager told us they were removing a bed from another guest’s room to accommodate us—something that made us very uncomfortable. She reassured us that the other guest was a regular and “used to it,” which still doesn't make it acceptable at this level of hotel. The next day, I also spoke with the Director of Rooms, who acknowledged the issue and said that, following my feedback, they had ordered more proper extra beds for future guests—which only confirmed this wasn’t an isolated problem. We also raised issues with the room: the thermostat in the living room was broken, and although the unit had a full kitchen, it was non-functional—no sponge, no dishwasher detergent, no paper towels, nothing. Despite all these concerns being communicated to both the GM and the Director of Rooms, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. Overall, this experience fell far short of what one expects from a 5-star hotel, especially in Dubai. Between Abu Dhabi and Dubai we stayed at 5 different 5 star hotels and this one was unfortunately the most disappointing of them all.

First Class Hotel, fabulous rooms excellent staff, resturants and pool / beach facilities great location to travel and explore the Palm area, will return....

The pool attendance wasn’t great , have had a lot better elsewhere in Dubai . There was litter lying around which nobody seemed bothered about clearing nor did anybody collect glasses from the subbed all day every day . To be honest this is my only complaint , however I think management need to address the issue with the lazy staff around poolside and the loss of revenue for food drinks etc as we gave up bothering to order in the end . Having said that ,the reception staff were excellent with great customer service and the rooms spotless and very comfortable.

No evening entertainment and no sport equipment at the pool side.

We stayed in an one bedroom apartment with a baby of 5 months. It was very clean with enough space for our family and with a well equiped kitchen and a generous bathroom and bed . The breakfast was very good and as for their restaurants we tried only the The Locale,but we were pleased with the choices we made. I highly recommend this hotel !
