Location, character and atmosphere

Maintenance was not good TV not working , and when we call to fix nothing done. Floor in one bathroom was leaking The freezer was not working

Amazing service and family friendly, great for baby’s. They were able to make fresh baby food for my son. Surendra. Chef Arul, nathanial, Preeyanka were all very helpful and friendly. Very clean ans spacious rooms

Excellent experience.

We stayed at Wyndham Residences Palm from January 8 to January 11, 2026 as a family of five with three children and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was clean, well organized, and very family-friendly, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We where upgraded to an amazing 3 bedroom apartment on arrival. We would especially like to highlight the amazing restaurant (UBK) and housekeeping staff: MAMUT, NAZMUL, SAM, AUNG, SAMANA, VALENTINE, EDNA, and NATHANIEL. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, especially towards our children. Thank you for a lovely stay — we would be happy to return!

Beautiful venue

The property was lovely. Location was great and the staff were helpful. The view from our hotel room was magnificent.

They took out 100 euro more from my account for the stay. When we checked out, they told me they will send the money back shortly. I am still waiting, and it’s been almost 3 weeks.

Great location, friendly staff and lovely, spacious, fully equipped rooms with everything you need!

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly. The Soluna Beach Club is wonderful with convenient beach access. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped: a convenient kitchen, dining table, large balcony, bathroom with plenty of storage, walk-in closet, and even a washer and dryer. Very good restaurant Praya with good cuisine. Special thanks to Bimala and Dilip for their excellent service.

Will definitely been returning again - it’s been an absolute dream

Rooms so big and clean, staff so lovely and helpful - made us feel really welcome. Good range of breakfast and gutted to be leaving. Special shout out to Surendra who made our stay a whole lot better.

Have to book for the pool and sometimes they don’t have spaces. But they have another access to the beach club next door you can use :)

Do not book if you plan on using the children's pool

Hotel is very clean and staff inside the hotel were lovely.

Not suitable if you plan on using the children's pool. Hotel guests are not allowed to use the seats next to the children's pool. You have to sit on the other side of the adults pool meaning all your belongings are far away. For us this meant our towels, pram, baby items etc. This is not suitable at all for families. Then if you have more than one child and one child is swimming and the other isn't then your family is separated. You can't even see each other. We sat on the floor next to the children's pool just to not be spilt us. Appalling to treat families this way. Families with young children are the ones that need the support the most. Complained to reception and all they did was say sorry. Nothing more.

Perfect stay

Upgraded our room straight away. Very big and clean rooms. Perfect layout and deco. All rooms had a Smart TV, plenty of storage and vanities. Pool/Beach access was really good. Helpful staff.

Only downside was construction of hotel next door but was only a bit loud if windows or balcony door is open.

Fantastic stay, clean and luxurious. Ahmed at reception is always friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we couldn't get the exact room we would've liked and there was construction on our side of the building.

Clean, friendly residence. Great pool area. Staff were truly friendly and helpful. Sadik helped us a lot, Thanks to him also!

Bathroom ceiling leaked water. Staff repaired it fast after our announce. Breakfast played music sometimes too loud.

Vacation with family

Friendly staff and location is nice

I was disappointed when as guests you cannot use the pool chairs, only residents can. Please be aware this property has many people living there and are not guests. Food is disappointing and expensive and facilities are not too good. Restaurant closed at 10pm on a Friday. There’s not much to do there. Breakfast room is small and the option of food is not very good for a 5 star. Staff is helpful and friendly though. Would have been nice if the hotel had a breakfast option outside for their guests. Room was noisy at night with children running around upstairs in one of the resident properties. I algo think they fumigated at 2am one night.

The breakfast was great so as the dinner set up menu. Nathaniel and the rest of the staff in the restaurant are very accommodating and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful dine in experience. They have a nice and clean pool that kids will enjoy.

The filipina receptionist approach is quite disappointing. I think they should assign someone who is well oriented in properly handling and welcoming guests.

The hotel is a good place to stay, especially for families. Maintenance was an issue.

The Staff were excellent, the facilities were good, loved the pool and access to the sea. It was close to a good restaurant, rooms were very spacious and well equipped.

We did not get our booked room with direct access to the beach on the ground floor. We were given a room on the 5th floor and that had a flooded bathroom, so we moved to another bigger room on the 5th floor, a very large room, which also had a flooded bathroom but this was fixed promptly. The lifts were also out of action a few times during our stay.

Served as a base for very brief trip to Dubai but wouldn’t recommend for longer stay.

Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Arrived at 1am to find the room was only made up for 2 not 4. Waited nearly 45 mins for a bed to be set up for our 16 year old and our 14 year old had to sleep on the sofa. Location is on the Palm but hotel surrounded by building sites. Tricky access to the beach. Pool still being built although you could use a nearby pool belonging to another hotel.

Although we had few issues with services/ building work during our stay, staffs did everything they could to rectify

location was excellent. Although we had various ( minor) issues throughout our stay, staffs did try their best to resolve which was very commendable.

Room cleanliness was below par, no replenishment of towels, shower gels etc. Room not hoovered on couple of days ( we were there for 7 nights ) building work taking place outside our room blocking access to our room ( we were not made aware of this prior) although this was stopped straight away upon speaking to management

Holiday at Whyndham

The location is excellent, close to the Atlantis hotel with a beautiful view of Dubai. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is cleaned daily, and the breakfast is delicious. There is also free parking.

When booking, we wondered why the price was reduced? We only found out the answer when we arrived at the hotel - the hotel pool was under renovation, but we received a voucher for the pool of the neighboring hotel. Another hotel/block is being built next to the hotel, and the noise is very loud non-stop (day/night). You have to keep the window closed all the time and the noise wakes you up early. It wasn't a very quiet vacation. The waiting time for lunch/dinner with the a la carte menu is very long, and the menu is repeated. They only have 2 options.

Hotel facilities were not very good

We are really happy with our hotel room and the staff. The reception or something tried to be very helpful.

I never liked the pools. The hotel doesn't have its own pool. The nearby pool he has contracted with is filling up very quickly. The front and second rows of the pool were all reserved for someone. We had a real problem using the pool as well. When the number of people is full in the first pool, they refer them to the other hotel's pool. You have to use another hotel's pool. The other hotel's pool is very far from the hotel I'm staying at and it's very difficult to walk with the kids in extreme plaster. Again, the front rows and back rows are booked in this pool as well. When you go, we have to sit at the back of the pool or at the beach. The menu is always the same at lunch and dinner. You always have to eat the same things.
