I stay at this hotel most times I travel to Dubai.

The location for my purpose was great. Supermarket 10 seconds away and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are ammazing, whether front of the House or the staff serving breakfast.

The choice of channels. Most expats stay in the Hotel and I think there should be some SKy channels for sport and tv series. Its mosrtly arabic channels and just some news channels.

Not pleasant. Not worth the money.

The only nice things about the hotel is that the rooms are big and the staff are sympathetic.

Our room was very smelly. We checked some other rooms but they were all the same. The breakfast was incredibly weak for a 5 star hotel. The lobby and facilities were not impressive at all. Everything is like a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Outstanding Stay at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate

We had an excellent stay at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Marina, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer beautiful views. We were traveling with our 2 year old baby, and the experience was very comfortable for us as a family. The kitchen was especially convenient and well equipped, the only thing we missed was a blender. What truly made the difference, however, was the team a solid 10/10! Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of. A very special mention to Theresa at reception. She helped us tremendously on one occasion when we were expecting a package delivery at the hotel. The driver was about to leave because we were not there, and she went above and beyond to ensure he waited until we returned. We truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication. Roy was also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Whenever he saw us with groceries or luggage, he immediately stepped in to assist. He was always attentive, kind, and very service-oriented. At breakfast, Clarisse greeted us every morning with a warm smile, and Aminul remembered our breakfast preferences each day. He was thoughtful, detailed, friendly, and always ready to help. That level of care makes such a difference. People like them are what turn a great stay into a truly memorable one. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay!

The apartment was amazing! So spacious. Washing machine, dish washer, all kitchen facilities. Big bath, shower, hair dryer and towels. Just amazing! Air conditioning was great. Staff cant do enough for you...they were great! Pool was spectacular. Always managed to get a sunbed. Quiet area. Very relaxing.

Exceptional staff and hotel

The staff here are exceptional and genuinely care about the guests—it's like they've been chosen specifically for how kind they are! I honestly can't think of a place where I've had better service. Evelyn, Bilal, and everyone else from reception, the restaurant, breakfast crew, housekeeping, and lifeguards were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay great. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was super clean, luxurious, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is right above a supermarket, restaurants and a shopping mall is also nearby. It’s also located in the marina so it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds at burj khalifa and Dubai mall (roughly a 30 min cab ride) and has more of a local vibe.

Pure excellence, only a small bug!

Excellent hotel with pool, restaurant and nice view. The location is also great very close to the Dubai Marina with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was rather a whole apartment, with a living room and kitchen, 2 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms. And the price for two was quite good. The view was also nice, although our apartment was facing the other side of the marina; still we could see the marina from the side. The breakfast and the pool were also very nice. There was also a free valet parking, although tips were appreciated.

The only thing I didn't like was that some light was entering the room as the curtains didn't cover the windows at the right end. I made some tricks to fix it but still some light was entering... Everything else was great!

Great place! But we felt that as soon as the servers got their google review, the service went down immediately! The tea and food took forever to come, and we felt it could have been a better service for the 5 days, instead of only the first 1 day!

Great place to stay, would recommend it

Very clean, very big apartment. The whole property was spacious and not crowded. The breakfast was very good and the room to have it very spacious and with beautiful views. The staff was very kind and attentive. The pool had great views of the marina and all facilites with towels and ample hours open including the option to stay in the pool a bit later when it already gets dark, with was a highlight for the children coming back from a day activity and being able to access the pool.

On the first night, we we arrived very late, the check in process was a bit too long to have to wait with kids being past 1am. Also, we had booked for a party of 5 and we had requested an extra bed. We were lucky that we finally were only 4 because the extra bed had not been arranged and it would have been an extra pain to have to wait for that with very tired children so late. One more thing, that first night, at 4am all the lights in the apartment suddently turned on. After trying to turn them off myself and not being able to, we had to call reception and someone came and explained that there seem to be connected to the main door and they could fix it very quickly. This did not happen again in the stay, but I would have appreciated that the staff would have helped us avoid this situation in the first place if its a known issue.

Amazing! The entrance and rooms are so modern and well maintained, good taste in design, the staff was so friendly and helpful, very clean, comfortable and safe, the location is the best being right at the Dubai Marina with incredible views, the pool area was great, gym was well equipped, in room dining absolutely delicious (recommend butter chicken), can only recommend and when we come back we will definitely take this hotel again!! Thank you!!

Excellent stay at an amazing hotel in a great location!

The property was immaculate, well equipped, very spacious, very good quality and felt luxurious. The sound proofing was very good and we didn’t hear a thing through the night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was fantastic, the facilities were also excellent.

The room was very large, clean, very modern with 2 toilets and a large balcony. We were very, very happy with the apartment!

Sometimes we had to wait a long time for someone to come and pick up the car to park it. Otherwise everything was great!

Two weeks stay as at home with perfect services.

Lovely studio with separate bedroom area, kitchen facilities, balcony, two tvs etc. City view room excellent , we had partly see view and view to mosque. Location perfect by the marina walk. Front desk, valet, and housekeeping staff very helpful. Nice pool area even we did not use it much as we played golf day time.
