Luxury at its best.

Beautiful hotel with everything you can think of and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was so spacious and the bathroom was amazing and the marble bath tub was huge. I can’t fault anything in our room. The pool was fantastic and the attention to guest comforts around the pool was just so good. The day spa was next level of luxury and I could have stayed there all day. Loved the gorgeous white ducks that live in the pool area.

Nothing really, but maybe a bit more variety with the casual dining selection which sounds ridiculous with so many restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with the choices.

The hotel is amazing, the staff were very courteous and we had a wonderful stay. This is our favourite hotel on the palm !!

Could do with more a la carte restaurants. Its a real shame the Rib Room is no longer at the Zabeel Saray.

Great hotel with all of the facilities that you would want on-site without needing to leave the site if you did not want too. Good choice for a family holiday.

Drinks were very expensive and the buffet did not open at lunctimes which limited the number of places to eat.

I’m very very sad and emotionally affected because of this hotel

Everything was bad

I would like to file a formal complaint about my recent stay at this property. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. When I arrived, the room was not prepared. It was dirty, had several issues, and I even found a cockroach inside. The TV was broken and didn’t work at all. The reception staff treated me very poorly — they caused me embarrassment in front of others and showed no respect or consideration. It was supposed to be a happy day for me since it was my birthday, but they completely ruined it. They were shouting, delaying access to my room key, and at one point even refused to give me my belongings. Despite my booking clearly showing that dinner and breakfast were included, they made me pay extra. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional. They kept calling and knocking on my door repeatedly, disturbing me and my small child who couldn’t sleep because of their constant interruptions. I was very stressed the entire night and couldn’t even enjoy the spa or relax. When I ordered room service, it took them over an hour to deliver the food. Overall, the staff showed no respect and acted in a very rude and unprofessional way, causing me emotional distress and completely ruining what should have been a special day. I left the hotel feeling deeply upset, and I am still emotionally affected by how I was treated.

Stunning ottoman style luxury hotel with incredible staff !

Elegant, spacious and luxurious Ottoman Style Getaway on the corner of the palm . Please consider the location before booking as Ubers / taxis sometimes take longer but apart from that, it’s my second stay and I will always come back to JZS Dubai! From beginning to end the service was exceptional from every single staff member. Pool staff sometimes can be quite busy but always helpful. Breakfast was great! We stayed in the 1BR Suite and the room cleaning service was outstanding. Attention to detail was amazing. Thanks to our lovely service team that looked after our suite every day.

I love the hotel amenities and the staffs good service, especially your staff Manager Mary of the Spa, she’s very helpful and accommodating.

Only the indoor pool which is separate from men and women cause me and my husband is celebrating our 22nd anniversary we just hope there is family indoor pool so we didn’t have to video call during our stays in the indoor pool we’ve been separated only on that time during our stay in the hotel.

A beautiful experience in Dubai! Must visit!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times… and we keep coming back. The service is amazing and the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. For example, we asked one of the cleaners directions to the spa and he personally took us to the correct floor and made sure we were taken to the spa reception area. On more than one occasion the staff go above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and the whole experience is so relaxing. Look forward to our next stay at Zabeel Saray!

Great getaway with fabulous facilities

Staff and cleaners are so helpful and eager to help and provide and serve visitors. The Spa facility was fabulous too. The rooms spaces were spectacular! Amazing stay in general.

I think they have to have a better room service food as I found it not up to the level of the hotel. The furniture is kind of old, toilet water feels like there is a metal smell in it (probably from the rust?), and the rooms in general need to be renovated. But still all in all it was a great stay!

1-Luxury hotel with high standers . 2-Unique Othman style 3- Amazing Spa 4- outstanding helpful stuff

1- the pillows need to provide soft and hard- the available pillows were soft only . 2- need the refurbishment especially the outdoor areas, and rooms . Despite it is elegant , yet it is started to be a bit old . 3- they need recreational activities

The location of the property was well away ( 40 minutes by Taxi ) from the main town with no public transport so some form of regular shuttle bus to public transport could and should be supplied.

Loved the yoga & meditation classes, really authentic. Very happy to find such great classes at a beach resort. We’re gonna come back for sure! Very kind and professional front desk staff. Really appreciated the early check-in after the flight, Thank you. Breakfast is very good, good quality&variety. Restaurant staff is also kind and polite. Beach are is very well maintained and providing complimentary cold water is a really nice touch. You can always find available sunbeds, no need to wake up early to reserve them, we loved this about this hotel.

Quite far from everything, this is the only thing about this hotel we did not like. A speedboat shuttle to JBR would be a great idea.
