Great pool, perfect service, food & standard room just average.

friendliest staff, perfect service at the pool, very clean

standard room is a little bit outdated and not too charmy (except the bathroom); food at buffet is ok-good, half board is confusing (especially where you can eat what, at what price) and average at highest. warm buffet-food too many times cold (especially at the iftar menu). beach is not "sandy" enough and overall not likeable.

Amazing, wish we could stay longer!

Everything was perfect. The staff especially make this place worth visiting. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the wonderful valet Sunday and his coworker Ahmed. They remembered our name and checked in with us daily. Our children were surprised each evening with a toy or wonderful towel animals on their beds. We cannot wait to visit again soon.

Relaxing

The spa was so relaxing with heated pool, jacuzzi and hum-am The mid morning and afternoon ice lollies at the pool. The bath tub in the room felt like you were in a palace. The life jackets for kids at the pool. Kids club had lots of activities and the kids pool was heated so it made it easy for the kids to swim.

The initial room we had was not great. It was old and bathroom tiny but the hotel was under renovation. The restaurants have limited veg options.

From the moment we arrived at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, we knew we were somewhere extraordinary. Every detail of our stay was flawless. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculate — a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The facilities throughout the resort were equally impressive, offering everything we needed for relaxation and enjoyment. What truly set this experience apart was the staff. Every team member we encountered was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every moment. Their warmth elevated our stay from wonderful to unforgettable. One of the biggest highlights for us was how much the kids absolutely loved it. They enjoyed every moment — from the stunning swimming pool, to the fun and engaging kids’ area, and even the on‑site cinema, which was such a unique treat. It’s rare to find a place that caters so beautifully to both adults and children, but Jumeirah Zabeel Saray truly delivers. We left with nothing but positive memories and a strong desire to return. We will definitely be visiting Jumeirah Zabeel Saray again — it’s a place that sets the standard for exceptional hospitality.

Great spa.

Spa, beach and pool.

Hotel room was super damp - so much so that the bedsheets and entire room felt wet with condensation. We raise this issue to management during our stay and nothing was done about it. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Bad Experience

Room size

There was constant noise coming from maintenance, and I wasn’t able to sleep properly. Despite this, I wasn’t offered a late checkout to compensate for the inconvenience. I expect this to be addressed and avoided in my future bookings.

Luxury at its best.

Beautiful hotel with everything you can think of and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was so spacious and the bathroom was amazing and the marble bath tub was huge. I can’t fault anything in our room. The pool was fantastic and the attention to guest comforts around the pool was just so good. The day spa was next level of luxury and I could have stayed there all day. Loved the gorgeous white ducks that live in the pool area.

Nothing really, but maybe a bit more variety with the casual dining selection which sounds ridiculous with so many restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with the choices.

Best hotel on the Palm.... Just don't tell everyone !!

The hotel is amazing, the staff were very courteous and we had a wonderful stay. This is our favourite hotel on the palm !!

Could do with more a la carte restaurants. Its a real shame the Rib Room is no longer at the Zabeel Saray.

Very relaxing stay and we enjoyed all of the facilities available on-site

Great hotel with all of the facilities that you would want on-site without needing to leave the site if you did not want too. Good choice for a family holiday.

Drinks were very expensive and the buffet did not open at lunctimes which limited the number of places to eat.

Stunning ottoman style luxury hotel with incredible staff !

Elegant, spacious and luxurious Ottoman Style Getaway on the corner of the palm . Please consider the location before booking as Ubers / taxis sometimes take longer but apart from that, it’s my second stay and I will always come back to JZS Dubai! From beginning to end the service was exceptional from every single staff member. Pool staff sometimes can be quite busy but always helpful. Breakfast was great! We stayed in the 1BR Suite and the room cleaning service was outstanding. Attention to detail was amazing. Thanks to our lovely service team that looked after our suite every day.

I’m very very sad and emotionally affected because of this hotel

Everything was bad

I would like to file a formal complaint about my recent stay at this property. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. When I arrived, the room was not prepared. It was dirty, had several issues, and I even found a cockroach inside. The TV was broken and didn’t work at all. The reception staff treated me very poorly — they caused me embarrassment in front of others and showed no respect or consideration. It was supposed to be a happy day for me since it was my birthday, but they completely ruined it. They were shouting, delaying access to my room key, and at one point even refused to give me my belongings. Despite my booking clearly showing that dinner and breakfast were included, they made me pay extra. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional. They kept calling and knocking on my door repeatedly, disturbing me and my small child who couldn’t sleep because of their constant interruptions. I was very stressed the entire night and couldn’t even enjoy the spa or relax. When I ordered room service, it took them over an hour to deliver the food. Overall, the staff showed no respect and acted in a very rude and unprofessional way, causing me emotional distress and completely ruining what should have been a special day. I left the hotel feeling deeply upset, and I am still emotionally affected by how I was treated.

Only the indoor pool which is separate from men and women cause me and my husband is celebrating our 22nd anniversary we just hope there is family indoor pool so we didn’t have to video call during our stays in the indoor pool we’ve been separated only on that time during our stay in the hotel.

A beautiful experience in Dubai! Must visit!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times… and we keep coming back. The service is amazing and the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. For example, we asked one of the cleaners directions to the spa and he personally took us to the correct floor and made sure we were taken to the spa reception area. On more than one occasion the staff go above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and the whole experience is so relaxing. Look forward to our next stay at Zabeel Saray!
