Nice Hotel helpful staff The night shift security is just an amazing man worth to be at the property. Very helpful. Overall the staff will makes me come back to the hotel.
The rooms smelly arrived at the hotel and the room smell was unacceptable. The staff themselves observed and change my room. Rooms look too old. Tried to see the IRD options very very limited options is just saying go elsewhere. Sorry being so honest. But 5 to 6 options at 5 star hotel is not what you expect. Again apologies for being honest it’s not negative, just a room of improvements do. Simple things makes difference and sure enough for your IRD.

Valet service were professional.
Queuing to check in was exhausting, if you book for the weekend beware of long lines and plan for 30-45 minutes of standing.

I was expecting WoW experience. But unfortunately it was no where close to it.
Bad smell , long queue, horrible breakfast and dinner.
