    Upon check in reception name Joanne and her duty Manager Joe Johary not friendly and not helpful,no interest to come back to this hotel

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent stay at Le Méridien/Westin Resort, which was booked through Agoda for six adults and fully prepaid at the time of reservation. Prior to checkout, I was informed at the reception by a staff member, Khalid, that an additional payment was required for the six adults. This request was unexpected, as the booking had already been confirmed and paid in full through Agoda. Subsequently, after returning from the swimming pool, I found that my room key had been deactivated, preventing me from accessing my room. I was required to return to the reception to resolve this matter, despite the booking having already been settled for six guests. I found the situation inconvenient, particularly as it resulted in delays and required additional time to resolve at the front desk. I respectfully request that management review this incident and provide clarification regarding the charges and the deactivation of the room key, to ensure proper handling of similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
