Spacious hotel apartment accomodation at the foot of the Palm View ideal for a family getaway!

Loved the spacious and modern 3 bedroom apartment which was specious for the whole family. The staff especially at the restaurant was fantastic. A big Kudos to Ashan who took care of us during our whole stay. Thank you!

Finding the hotel can sometimes be challenging for the UBER or Taxi drivers but this is just a minor issue. Apart from that the hotel met my expectations.

Amazing apartment, absolutely huge! The staff were helpful as we arrived earlier than expected and they found a room for us. Close to tram to the marina which has alot of great restaurants and nice view. Several minor markets close otcthe hotel for snacks, essentials, etc.

Very clean, impeccable service.

Just one thing but important: there is a problem with hot water, especially in the morning, you have to wait for ages to get a hot water. If you up to a hot shower in the morning, forget it.

Just a personal niggle is that in and out of elevators to check in as reception is on 1st floor. Limited space around the pool's and shame they don't have Palm view .

Felt at home, wouldn't mind staying there again.

Stayed there with my family (incl. 2 small children) for a week, we enjoyed our stay and it's one of those rare cases where I wouldn't mind staying at the same hotel again in the future. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spotless clean, kitchen had all necessary stuff. The view was nice, WiFi worked well, we felt at home. Breakfast had wide selection and they even change things a bit every morning so it's not monotonous. Staff really trying to do everything they can to make you feel welcome.

Minor hiccup was with a baby crib - there was none upon arrival, although one call to the reception solved this. On the first night housekeeping brought small baby crib, I asked if they have bigger one, they said - "no". It was very late and I didn't want to argue with anyone at this point. Next morning I called reception again, asked for a housekeeping manager, and 30 minutes later we had a large baby crib in our room :) Kudos to all of the staff.

Good for value

The view is amazing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good. The apartment was spacious.

We had AC issues even after getting them fixed. Banging noises from the ceiling although we were on the highest floor. Food and drinks service was slow at the pool we ended up leaving before someone showed up to take the order.

Cozy and Comfortable, I love it!

All staff very professional, the housekeeping people very kind and polite; Masud and Myo were very helpful. The room has a kitchenette, we can do our laundry with no pb. The breakfast is really good, the egg station makes it the best, you can order from Benedict’s eggs to Japanese omelette..ect. The proximity to the tram then the metro is a plus. We were happy that we now have extended our stay to another week. Thank you all for making us feel home.

I always love staying in Avani Plus Palm View, they have upgraded my reservation to 1 Bed Room eith wheelchair accessibility facilities which I love about this hotel and they do really care about their guests. I have been staying here several times whenever I visit Dubai.

The location is good but the way to reach there is confusing specially if someone comes for the first time.

Fantastic stay and we will definitely return to Avani+

The Avani+ was wonderful! Our suite was spacious, clean and soooo very comfortable. From the employees at the front desk to the concierge to the pool attendees, housekeeping and the buffet, every employee we encountered provided excellent service and were very friendly. Breakfast was awesome! Food was delicious and variety was amazing. We especially liked the grill where you can order any type of egg you wanted. So glad that we ordered the breakfast package when we booked!

A beautiful place to relax.

The staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived on an early flight and they were more than happy to accommodate us and our luggage before our room was ready. Room was spacious with a great outlook over the water. Metro/ Monorail was extremely handy.

We arrived before check in and had emailed weeks in advance requesting early check in. We arrived at the hotel at 7.30am and would have loved to have loved for the hotel to accommodate that
