Nice spacious room on the 9th floor. We were on half-board, there was a good choice for breakfast and dinner options. Some of the staff were very nice, others not so much. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning. The pool on the 14th floor was nice with a bar and cabanas.

The beach is at least a five-minute walk from the hotel. The pictures of the beach and other big pool are shared with the Tiara residences which are huge. Lots of kids with their nannies every day at the big pool. Not very relaxing. The light switches in the room are confusing, and the AC had some issues. It was an average hotel on the pricey side.

Overall the entire experience was wonderful. Staff were first class and nothing was too much trouble to any of them. The selection of food both at breakfast and at dinner time was amazing as was the quality of the food as well.

Have to say we were not disappointed on any aspect of our short stay. The staff were excellent in making our experience as good as it was even to the point they had a little cake with happy anniversary on it.

I cancel my staying and moved to other hotel. Very unpolite staff, room cleaning not good needs to call them more than once for normal daily housekeeping, accessing the room without permission, items disappearing without getting guest permission.

From the doorway to arrive and the doorway to leave , there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The staff's attitude was refreshing, smiles in abundance, nothing was too much trouble.

The location was nice (right next to palm Jumeirah mall). Breakfast was tasty and had a large variety. The room we got was spacious and was cozy.

Self park option must be available! Upon reaching, the staff made me a fuss for choosing to park by myself. Had to wait 30 mns for my room to be ready beyond the normal check in time. The gym is quit small for a 5 stars hotel.

Good location

Very commercial - Hotel simply refuses guests who cannot show a physical visum. If you want to get in you have to go and get your visa at home 100 km away. - Hotel room half the size of the room shown in the picture - Breakfast 40 USD pp. and you are scolded if you take one banana for lunch - Unfriendly hotel guests

The views are nice !

Alcohol too expensive , you can cross the street and you will find a liquor store, any drink is 1/5 of the price they charge.

Convenient location . Monorail , taxi etc for travel . Great pool and beach swimming . Excellent breakfast offerings at buffet to suit all diets and tastes. Very helpful staff .

We were encouraged to go green by allowing the hotel 2 cleaning days off for our family apartment. They gave us 2 tokens for a coffee in the restaurant, but these come with conditions, such as what time you can use them which wasn't explained. They were left unused.

Chic decor in the rooms super helpful staff, , good food at breakfast, location within walking distance of cars/restaurants at Club Vista Mare.

Room was a little small and sea view was in fact only partial sea view. Basic bathroom amenities such as cotton pads for make up need to be requested (aside from shower gel, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which were all provided and lovely).

The swimming pool was beyond excellent. Absolutely mesmerising. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The bed was cozy.

I felt the housekeeping was slow to come to the room with the amenities requested.

- The hotel was really not clean The room service team are the worst and they don’t know how to fold clothes properly and when we order an ice bucket it takes them more than 30 minutes to bring it - My sister found a cockroach in her room 🪳 - The hotel had no water in the rooms in floor 7-8-9 for two nights and we made a complaint to the manager and he was really not believing us and he said that he would call the police on us if we don’t leave the reception while talking to him - The hotel staff are really not smiling all the time they are not welcoming from the porter (Hashesh) in the front door who was pretending he is not seeing us when we first arrived and nobody came to pick our luggage until I went inside the hotel and called someone from reception. All staff were really bad trained - The pool bar is not open, and when you order food you can’t order before 1 pm because it is closed so we stayed at the pool for one hour without snacks and food - The guy of the spa keeps walking around the pool and asking people who would like a massage and he is telling my sister’s husband and other men that they have Balinese ladies to do massage for them and he will like them !!!!!! Which was really not acceptable in a country like United Emirates !!!!! And is inappropriate at all - The breakfast is a disaster, it was dirty and the food was not clean and everything was a mess. we ate only once in the breakfast and they gave us our money back after we had a fight with the manager - Please do not book in this hotel as you will have the worst experience ever , they ruined our vacation

The Andaz Hotel is in a strategic location in the Palm Jumeirah area and features a modern, contemporary design with a “pop” style that perfectly matches Dubai’s vibe. The pools are beautiful — both the one on the 14th floor and the infinity pool — breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are quiet, clean, and well-kept. The staff is friendly and professional, and they kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out and continue enjoying all the facilities (including the pool) until our departure. I highly recommend it.

We had no negative experiences and truly enjoyed our stay. I would only suggest hiring one more person for opening car doors — a courtesy we found very pleasant in other hotels.

Comfortable with excellent service and great position

Fantastic hotel and staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast unbelievable choice but is quite expensive. We paid £75:extra to upgrade to a room with a balcony - it had two actually.

Spa rates are too expensive

The beds, linnen and Pillows were devine. The pool was under maintenance, which was bad. We choose this hotel for the pool and were quire annoyed with the late message that the pool could not be used. Food is great and breakfast fantastic. Staff is very helpfull

Pool closure, no smart TV.

The selection for breakfast and dinner buffets were large and varied. Very tasty too. Beach and pool areas super nice to chill at with easy access to drinks/service. The gym was small but modern, clean and well supplied. Great location for an extended stopover in Dubai for example. Just across the road there was also a nice mall with a cinema you can walk to.

Buffet available in the main lobby restaurant was absolutely delicious. Such a lovely selection of fresh salads meat, fish and lots of veggie options. This was the buffet included for the half board package where you could select either lunch or dinner. Loved how flexible this was and the choice available.

Not much. Decent breakfast but The property only has one rooftop pool that is adults only and everything else belongs to the residences and are not well kept as well as not having access to them

The service was very lacking with people not accommodating a toddler, the amenities were non existent especially for famit

I’m a big fan of Andaz brand, but sadly this hotel was a complete disappointment

I was very disappointed with my stay at Andaz. The property felt poorly maintained and unclean — the lobby had a terrible smell, allegedly due to cleaning with dirty cloths, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The shared pool was also a major letdown: it’s located in an open-air space shared with two large residential towers, making it feel more like a community pool than a hotel amenity. It was overcrowded with kids and lacked any sense of exclusivity or comfort. Overall, not the experience I expected from a premium hotel brand.
