Incredibly hospitable hotel, great amenities, friendly staff

On entry everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly! I checked in during an incredibly busy time but the staff, Fatima specifically at reception was calm, in control, professional and so friendly! I was very early for check in and decided to go for a walk to the mall. Fatima went out of her way to call me to let me know my room was ready and anytime I bumped into her in the lobby checked in on how my stay was going. The tall gentleman handling the luggage was great too! This hotel has exceptional hospitality and I highly recommend them. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with Dyson hairdryers, the most comfortable slippers! and everything else you need.

Due to the airspace closure we couldn’t have meals at the restaurant or use the pool which seemed very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Mileo The Palm hotel during our trip to Dubai and were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the very moment we arrived, we were taken great care of. We had an early morning flight, and although check-in officially starts at 3:00 PM, the hotel kindly provided us with a room immediately upon arrival. This was incredibly appreciated after a night flight and made us feel very welcome. When we entered the room, we were amazed by the beautiful view. The room was very spacious, included a kitchen, and every detail was thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. We truly felt a personal approach from the staff, and it was clear that our comfort and satisfaction were very important to them. Breakfast was a lovely start to each day, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. We also had an excellent dining experience at the Rooftop AYA restaurant — the food was outstanding and the service exceptional. My personal favorite was the sushi, which I ordered multiple times during our stay. A big thank you to the entire Mileo The Palm team, and a special thanks to Afaq Ahmed, who helped my boyfriend organize a beautiful birthday surprise for me. This made our stay even more memorable.

Excellent stay

Beautiful design, perfect location, very friendly staff. Hotel is brand new with excellent facilities like gym and infinity pool. Pool is heated so u can enjoy even when is cold. Rooms are big. Has a small kitchen in case u want to cook. I really recommend the hotel, much better than all Marriotts or Hiltons full of people.

The sun bads at the beach were not ready, but it’s not a problem. Plenty of beach clubs down there.

Ideal location on the palm. A stones throw distance from all the beach front clubs. The rooms are very spacious with extra seating sofa sitting area. The rooms also has a little kitchen area with everything you need there. It is a hotel not an apartment but it has everything you would need in an apartment. It has an amazing spa on the top floor which also has a roof top swimming pool.

Truly Felt Like Home – Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with so much warmth and kindness. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable right away. Even though I was traveling alone, I honestly felt like I was at home, surrounded by family. The room was spacious, beautifully arranged, and very clean — everything I could possibly need was provided. The location is great, close to everything I wanted to visit, yet the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful, which made my stay even more relaxing. One thing I really appreciated was the high level of security. As a solo female traveler, I always felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. A special thank you to Gaith, Yoon, and Amona — they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made my stay unforgettable. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place where you feel cared for and welcomed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Мне нравится в целом Пальма, поэтому выбирал отели в этом районе. У отеля вполне удачное расположение. Завтраки хорошие. Номер хороший, просторный, но всё сделано посредственно, некачественно. Для нового отеля 5 звезд, мне кажется, недопустимо. Персонал в целом приветливый. Но на этом всё.

Самое большое раздражение вызвал факт, что отель 2 месяца подряд заваливал меня сообщениями с просьбой оплатить проживание через внешнюю ссылку! Писали в директе на booking.com, потом начали писать в whatsapp, звонили дважды. При этом при бронировании я указал данные своей карты, но отель категорически не хотел списывать деньги так. Я полагаю отель хотел просто обмануть booking.com и не платить комиссию за гостя. По приезде никаких извинений за это не последовало. В номере нет душевой кабины. Для отеля 5 звезд нет душевой кабины??? Нонсенс. При этом в описании номера указано, shower. На мой вопрос где душевая, они показывает на лейку душевую. Какой-то бред! В итоге моей маме, человеку в возрасте, невозможно было помыться, так как в эту ванну (узкую и на 80% перекрытую стеклом) залезть физически было невозможно! Но это еще не всё, сама душевая лейка протекала. И это новый отель! Эту проблему не исправили за всё время прибывания. Фото приложу. У отеля небольшой бассейн на крыше. В целом ок. Но у отеля нет доступа к пляжу. Открыли отель, но не договорились ни с одним beach club, я был в 8 разных отелях на этой стороне пальму и с таким сталкиваюсь впервые. Как вообще можно открыть отель на Пальме без доступа к пляжу? Nonsence. Я не буду уже указывать не элементарные мелочи, которые, на мой взгляд, недопустимы для отеля 5 звезд. Я точно в этот отель никогда не вернусь, друзьям советовать его не буду!

Все очень качественное

Есть что рассказать. Мой самолёт перенесли, а значит нужно где-то было остановиться еще на одну ночь. По счастливой случайности оказалась в отеле Mileo . По счастливой, потому что здесь много положительных качеств о которых я вам сейчас расскажу. Во-первых это абсолютно новый отель, который открылся буквально пару месяцев назад. Безумно удобная кровать , вместе с матрасом и самой тканью постельного белья. Я уже не говорю про идеальные подушки, на которых я спала как младенец. Для меня подушки это основа всех основ сладкого сна. Очень вежливый персонал, который сделал мне апгрейд номера с самым лучшим видом. Но это ещё не всё есть ещё девушка по имени Амоне (она же и говорит по-русски) , пошла на уступки из за рейса и сделала мне поздний выезд на 15: 00, чему я очень ей благодарна. От души захотела сделать такой отзыв, потому что всё играла в мою сторону. Но вишенка на торте это косметика Amouage . Это был третий отель за мою поездку и только здесь оказалась такая супер качественная косметика. Я думаю каждая девушка будет в восторге узнав об этом. В номере есть своя мини кухня: ножи , вилки, посуда …. все в идеальном состоянии. В общем наслаждайтесь, хорошее расположение, много ресторанов в шаговой доступности. В их здании есть кофейня, очень приятно выглядит, рестораны, бары наверху бассейн с подогревом. Вот забыла сказать…. Зимой бассейн с подогревом это самое то ! Январь, а я загораю, и наслаждаюсь видом. Спортзал тоже чистый, с видом на море.

Non avremmo potuto scegliere un albergo migliore per il nostro soggiorno a Dubai. Tutto in questa struttura è estremamente curato, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, con servizio in camera h24. Camere pulitissime e buona colazione. Il punto forte di questo hotel è la piscina sul rooftop. L’hotel offre anche la possibilità di accedere alla Spa gratuitamente. Abbiamo mangiato più volte al ristorante sul rooftop dove abbiamo gustato dei piatti sfiziosi e accattivanti. Che dire se dovessimo un giorno tornare a Dubai torneremo in questo hotel. Tanti saluti dalla nostra piccola Giulia che porta nel cuore rafath. Grazie di cuore a tutti. A presto

Tolles, luxuriöses Hotel und zum Wohlfühlen um sich vom Dubai Trubel zu erholen.

Ich war wenige Tage später im Marriott (für 3mal den Preis) und im direkten Vergleich würde ich sofort lieber wieder ins Mileo wollen! Die Zimmer sind neu, ästethisch und modern und es fehlt einem an nichts. An alles ist gedacht mit tollen, hochwertigen Appliances wie z.B. einem Dyson Föhn in den Räumen. Das Frühstück war super! Frisches Gemüse und Obst, alternative Milch, Hummus, Eierspeis, süße Backware, die wirklich richtig gut war und nicht totaler Standard. Das Gym hatte die besten Geräte (Technogym) und einen tollen Ausblick im neunten Stockwerk.

Man sollte nur beachten, dass man keinen Beach Zugang hat oder dort alle Teile des Strandes Privat sind. Dafür gibt es einen Pool auf dem Dach.

Geboekte kamer was niet klaar bij aankomst. Zelf meerdere keren moeten vragen of de kamer beschikbaar was. De nieuwe kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel had veel geluidsoverlast van het restaurant op de BG, maar nog meer van de grote weg en alle bouwverkeer de hele nacht

Прекрасно провели отпуск в данном отеле. Новый, чистенький, стильный с очень просторными номерами и удобной кухней. Хочется выразить отдельную благодарность Амоне 🙏🏽 она большой профессионал своего дела. Все наши пожелания были учтены. А так же отдельное ей спасибо за ранний заезд и поздний выезд. В отеле потрясающий ресторан, с хорошими завтраками и шикарными ужинами! Работающая в ресторане Мадина, обслуживала нас выше всех похвал. Невероятный бассейн, с прекрасным персоналом. Так же есть игровая комната для детей, нашему малышу понравилась) Единственный нюанс, что нет своего пляжа в отеле, хотя в букинге пишут, что имеется. Но его нет. И все выходы к морю платные через бичклабы.
