location was just very near a tram station, food was ok… hotel apartment was big enough for us to move around freely and pool was a plus factor… Special thanks to Ms. Tin-Maryam & Mr. Allen in the reception…
I guess 1 or 2 staff members suddenly forgot about the golden rule for ‘ excellent customer service’ for a few minutes…

Comfortable
Construction surrounding hotel. Exterior dirty especially windows which were dreadful. Wifi was poor. Staff were helpful to a point but not really interested in solving problems. Bathrooms flooded every shower
