Room service, overall comfort was good
all good , but more kitchen and dining crockery is required for families to cook and live for longer durations

The staff was more than helpful. Very safe hotel. You will need a key card to operate elevator and there is round the clock Front Desk and Concierge. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Room was very comfortable.
I actually got stuck for a bit during the current War on Iran. As a result there were also attempts against Dubai and other areas of UAE. I could hear missles being intercepted. Hotel staff was great about providing safety information without being invasive of privacy. They left letters under the door overnight with updates and comforting messages.

The property is close to the marina.
The staff were very nice, and helped us with our luggage. When the first room’s aircon didn’t work they found us another room very quickly.
It has 1 bathroom with toilet, and 1 toilet with a sink, which is handy. It has a balcony which was terrific in November when it is cool enough to sit outside.
The kitchen has a good sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.
The bed is large and comfortable.
The apartment design and layout is nice.
The washing machine was very noisy and jumped forward when spinning. All the appliances look old and worn and should be replaced. While the bathroom is functional it also looks old and in need of updating. The couch is not very comfortable.
