Everything was perfect! Comfortable room, and amazing facilities. The staff were lovely – Sarah was very helpful at check-in, and Heba at check-out!

Super Lage
Leider waren der Skypool und die Tattu Bar geschlossen. Weiterhin wurde die von booking in der Buchung enthaltene Rabattierung auf Essen und Getränke von 35 % vom Hotel nicht gegeben. Dies habe ich angesprochen und dabei wurde die Schuld auf booking geschoben. Schade, denn ich als Kunde kann die Verhältnisse zwischen dem Hotel und booking nicht beeinflussen. Hätte ich vorab gewusst, dass teilweise Einrichtungen des Hotels geschlossen sind, hätte ich nicht gebucht.
