Was upgraded to a suite which I really appreciated, however, checking in took some time as the hotel was fully booked during the day of my stay.
The spa could also think about revising their timings as they are only available from 10 am to 8 pm which we were not able to use.

The lady during the check in was very friendly. The room was very big and clean. Good location, very nice brand.
Is not possible order food in the pool.

Easy and convenient stay, no worries about dubai traffic, its really good room and we got lucky with good deals in both tjs and nonya
