Radisson Blu Residence, Dubai Marina

We had a lovely family stay at Radisson Blu. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Having the convenience of a fully equipped space made it especially comfortable for a family holiday. The housekeeping and engineering teams were very accommodating and always available whenever we needed assistance. Even when we had to follow up on a request, the team was responsive and helpful, which made our stay much more convenient. I also really appreciated the hotel's sustainability initiatives. It was great to see the property making an effort to be more environmentally conscious while maintaining a comfortable experience for guests. The location is another big advantage. There is a mini mart conveniently located nearby, which is perfect if you prefer to buy groceries and cook for yourself. The hotel is also close to The Walk at JBR, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and atmosphere of one of Dubai's popular waterfront destinations. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient family stay, with a great location and a helpful team. We would be happy to stay here again on our next family trip to Dubai.

The TV had a limited selection of channels, with most of the available options being in Arabic, and the mobile casting feature was occasionally unreliable and would stop working from time to time. The swimming pool itself was clean and well maintained, but the pool team could have been more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. Improving the level of service and attentiveness around the pool area would make the overall guest experience even better.
