Location, restaurants, pools, and its private beach! The staff are absolutely amazing! In particular, Oceana staff, Chef Shibhu Mohan was exceptional. He really looked after our vegetarian and vegan meals! Avi, Grace, Kampala and the rest of the staff were amazing! The reception staff, specifically, Habiba, the Duty manager looked after us! Very sympathetic, understanding and provided exceptional service. Thank you Habiba!

Our room was smelling of cigarettes really strong for three nights! So much so it woke me. I made house keeping aware of it and nothing changed.

A truly unpleasant and unacceptable experience

Absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, my “stay” at this hotel never actually happened — and for very good reason. The photos and description shown on the booking platform do not reflect reality at all. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that basic hygiene and comfort standards are completely ignored: • the furniture is severely worn out, damaged, and clearly outdated; • the floors were dirty, giving the impression that proper cleaning is not done; • there was a strong, disgusting smell in the room, similar to dirty, unwashed cleaning rags; • the overall atmosphere felt disturbing, unsanitary, and unsafe. It was absolutely impossible to stay in such conditions. I left the hotel immediately after inspecting the room, as spending even a single night there was out of the question. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and a total failure to provide the service as advertised. The accommodation does not meet even the most basic standards. If you value your health, comfort, and money — stay away from this place. I have requested a full refund and will escalate the matter through the booking platform and consumer protection authorities if necessary.

Brillant hotel in an excellent location

The room was really spacious and clean. We booked for 3 people, and I think we should have requested an additional bed in the room as having 3 of us in the bed was a bit cramped. Bathroom was amazing and products on offer (body wash, shampoo, body cream etc) really good. We were only provided with 2 towels for our stay even though we booked for 3 people. Location was excellent although it was really busy and sometimes took a long time to get to the hotel via taxi. Lots of road closures over New Year's Eve. Luckily there are so many attractions, restaurants, shops in walking distance. Breakfast was excellent - huge variety on offer with super friendly and helpful staff.

Was very disappointed in the food in both hotels pasta and a bit of fish for the main meal was very disappointing and always cold had my half board meals sometimes at the Italian restaurant and had to send 1 dish back 3 times to get it hot enough to eat for the price you pay at the Hilton I would of expected a lot better food 🤷‍♂️

The location is on the walk so the location is great and everything such as the beach, restaurants and shops are downstairs within walking distance.

There was a plumbing problem when we arrived and the sink wasn’t draining which was disgusting, they sorted the problem the next day however, I would expect this to have been checked prior to our arrival. The doors aren’t soundproofed so we could hear passing by traffic throughout our sleep and we were located by the lifts, so it was busy. The lifts take way too long sometimes to arrive which would make us late, sometimes we were waiting 10-15 minutes. When I told the receptionist on checkout, there was no accountability and said there’s 42 floors so the lifts have a lot of work to do yet other tall buildings I have stayed at didn’t have the same problem. The lifts are badly designed. The main Hilton was under construction at the time of the stay and this also hindered our experience, yet we were charged the full price.

Amazing stay — highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, right by the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Spacious and comfortable rooms with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The pool area and facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Worst ever Hotel Experience

Location was good

Room was worst.I took a junior suite. In suite shower was not working , Basin was clogged. We raised complaint 3 times however no action was taken by staff and later on next day we asked them to change our room. Not Recommended with family. Better take other nearby hotels in JBR area.

Good place to stay in JBR

Located just across the walk from the beach and some dining area, has its own beach. Rooms are spacious like everywhere in Dubai and reasonably maintained. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, let me in early with no issues.

Lift area always overcrowded and takes forever to move up and down. No visible access to stairs. Hotel has a pool but its tiny for number of hotel guests, so don't count on it.

Greatly Exceeded Expectations

The staff were outstanding. Every person we encountered was warm and helpful. We really enjoyed the attention to detail and prompt response from staff. The beach and the gym were great. We liked how close it is to everything. One of the best parts was the view from the room..

No valet & finding parking could have been a little smoother. The pillows were just OK.

What a great place to stay in Dubai for holidays

Exceptional location most happeningplace in Dubai. Staff was courteous and helpful. The two persons that we dealt with at the reception i.e. Nayila and Walid went out of their way to accommodate us and let us feel at home. They extended our check out time at our request. We look forward to going back to that hotel for our next holiday in Dubai.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubai. Facilities are great

We had a two bed apartment which was very big and comfortable. These were cleaned every day to a high standard. We stayed here a few years ago and forgot quite how nice it was to have lots of living space rather than other hotels which are just a room and have no space to move. We will return!
