Excellent staff. Clean and well maintained

The staff are so rude and not professional, bad energy, the property needs a lot of improvement, the location is good

Rooms big, spacious and comfortable. Starting to look tired but decent. Impossible to work in the work as there is literally no power sockets. In the kitchen there is one socket to be shared between, toaster, Kettle, microwave and coffee machine. No powersockets near the table or coffee table for a laptop or to charge a phone. Similar in bedrooms. Asked for extention leads but nothing.

After the most Welcoming check in, we were assisted to our Apartment and were totally blown away at our first impression. From early coffees on one of the balconies, (each Bedroom had its own full bathroom and balcony) which opened out from the open plan lounge/kitchenette to the Restaurant, Fitness Centre and pool, everything was just perfect with the icing being on the most Wonderful Staff Members, As a bonus, the Complex is a short walk to the Marina and also has a very handy Carrefour Mini-Market (and separate Pharmacy) across the road from the Entrance. Transport to anywhere was easy by Taxi (Front door), Tram (a eight minute walk) or the Dubai Metro (a fifteen minute walk). Took a little longer for us as I had a limp. Many Eateries and shops were nearby so we could have happily just stayed in the area had there not been so much to see in Dubai. Only managed to try out the Restaurant once for coffee sadly (Lovely Restaurant but time prevented us from having a full meal there) but Overall, This would be our first choice for a place to stay for future visits to Dubai.

The location and view of the property were impeccable. The staff were also very nice, but when we called for some issues, there was usually a language barrier that took several calls to rectify. The amenities of the property were nice, however we had some issues with power in the suite. It was very random which electronics worked in which outlets. Otherwise staff was responsive to our needs.

Great location in Dubai Marina close to Marina Mall and Pier 7.

The place was large enough for our family. The staff were very helpful in providing anything that we wanted. The room was very clean. The place is closer to the metro and taxis are easily available and organised by staff if required. Would highly recommend the place and would definitely stay there next time.

Very nice big comfortable room. Location great. Room needs a bit of maintenance and needs many more power outlets but other than that it is great fir a long stay

If you are staying in Dubai, Premiere Marina City Apartments is where you want to be! Staff and service was amazing! Special 'thanks' to our waitress Judith for looking after us in the restaurant every morning. She was so lovely! Definitely will be back again!

Our apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. It was in a very good location . I think the pool area could do with upgrading! Breakfast was good value for money

The apartment was a large size ! Well appointed! Breakfast was a large buffet with excellent selection. Staff were very helpful and friendly ! The pool is a necessity but the JBR beach is only 15 minutes walk away !

Truly awful experience.

We had a lovely stay , there was a noise of running water which keep us awake one night. We were moved into another room without any problems . This noise was still heard in the new room so we came to the conclusion it was the air conditioning

Spacious apartment in the middle of beautiful Marina. We really enjoyed our family trip to Dubai while staying at this hotel. It was out third time in Dubai and first time in Marina. Hotel provides very good gym, spacious apartment with unbelievable view over the Marina and direct access to Marina walk. We enjoyed morning run there. I also liked that apartments were quiet (we heard the noise of our next apartment only one time since they had some kind of party, other times it was really quiet!). Breakfast was very good, lots of varieties and really great choice of Arabic food. The breakfast waiter Liza was absolutely wonderful person - she was very warm and smiled every morning to us and made our breakfast really superb. Thank you Liza! The only minus at the hotel for us was that we had problems with bathrooms (on one bathroom the water was leaking behind the toilet and bath). They were trying to fix it but still it leaked. So we just get used to it, but it was not really nice. Also I would suggest to improve the every day cleaning service. I understand the apartments are big and it takes time to clean them, but the cleaning was poor. Floors and tables were quite dirty even at the beginning, so we used slippers all the time. Still I think if the hotel could improve this service it would be perfect! We enjoyed your hotel really really and will recommend it to our friends also!

standard apartment had an amazing view of the marina and buildings around. Apartment spacious and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location of hotel is perfect right on the marina next to lots of restaurants. 10 mins walk from metro station and jumeirah beach. 5 mins from marina mall. Will definitely stay here again. 25 mins drive from airport or 1 hour by metro. Best holiday ever and city premiere made it even better for us with their service and apartment.

We had good experience with kids before in same hotel but different location. This time it was me and my husband only. The hotel enhanced our previous opinion with the great location and affordable rate. The place gives you multiple food , shopping, and entertainment choices . Love it, I would certainly recommend it for couples and families .

Good large rooms with good facilities. Backing onto the Marina with loads of restaurants.Dry zone so no booze. Great breakfast, great staff and close to the Metro. Very good base to explore the new parts of the city.
