Great venue for rugby weekend

Efficient staff and spacious clean rooms

Bar run out of various drinks, Havana club, Tanqueray Sevilla on first night (Friday) no replacements for next night. Bar was closed before 11pm on Sunday.

Nice big room. Spotlessly clean. All the staff , from reception ,bar staff & cleaning were helpful and polite. Dealt promptly with a minor complaint. Steakhouse right on its doorstep. Close enough to Cardiff Bay. Free and plentiful.

Lovely stay

All the staff are really friendly The room was an amazing size, had 2 double beds in it. Shower was hot and powerful. Water filling up point outside the lift on our floor was also great. Rooms were really quiet. Comfortable beds. Free parking Location is great for cardiff bay, took about 25 minutes to walk into Cardiff City centre.

Only downside was the tv had no signal

Room was big and clean. Staff friendly in the restaurant.

The corridors had lots of glasses and cup outside the room upon arrival and were there from 4/5 through to morning. The TV also did not work luckily u had a tablet to watch I didnt feel comfortable having someone come to my room to chdck it as I was on my own.There was also an intermittent alarm outside the window which made sleep uncomfortable.

Disappointing

Bed was comfortable

The room wasn’t cleaned on the first day. We arrived back at the hotel at 4.15pm on 11/1 and the room hadn’t been cleaned/refreshed. The door was knocked at 4.35pm but we declined as we were having a rest. I did tell reception when I checked out but he wasn’t really that bothered. Very disappointing

Many stays and never been disappointed!

I stay here several times a year and have always found that the staff are extremely friendly, the rooms a large comfortable and clean. Parking is easy and free. This hotel is ideal for seeing events at the Millennium Centre (it’s less than a 10 minute walk away). When visiting Cardiff Bay I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else but here.

I’m not sure that I’d rate the hotel as a four star but it’s an extremely fantastic 3!

Great one night stay to watch marry poppins at the millennium centre

Breakfast was great room spacious and double beds for friends to stay together - lots better than a pull out or soft bed you would usually have!

A little noisy by the road and the glass bins were emptied early in the morning

Generally good, staff are super helpful and friendly, biggest let down is the odour in the toilets.

I've stayed here numerous amounts of time so know it well. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, there is lots of parking, location is great not too busy and easy to get to the centre.

Every single time I've complained about the smell in the toilets - I think its the product they use when cleaning it smells like ammonia which is really really unpleasant, I've mentioned it several times to reception it gets worse the longer you stay.

We always use Future Inn as perfect location for the business meetings and recreation activities I need. Perfect location for all my needs.

Large comfortable room and nice breakfast, but the room was hot and a lot of traffic noise

The room was very spacious and great for a family. Also the free onsite parking was a great bonus. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The room was too hot. Although there are air con facilities, they had been switched to heating only for the entire hotel. Turned this off and opened the window but was still very warm. Unfortunately due to the location next to a main road it meant there was a lot of outside traffic noise so couldn’t keep the window open all night. I am personally very sensitive to heat and noise but if these things don’t bother you this would otherwise make for a great stay.
