Very convenient for what I needed to do. Everything very clean. Quick and efficient check in, staff very pleasant. Bed comfortable, good shower, plenty of hot water, nice clean soft towel. Good TV.

Great location, really close to Cardiff Queens St station (even when running in the rain) Reception staff and housekeeping that I bumped into in the lift were friends and smile Room was clean and the bed was firm

The rooms are snug (no room to swing a cat 😂) so ok if you’re traveling with someone you know well The hearing is pretty fixed, always defaults to 23 no matter how high you turn it up

The room was clean, simple and modern. The bathroom, although small, was extremely functional.

The room was rather small with space only for the bed. A little more space, and a chair, would have been great. I appreciate that the first night of my stay was just before the Cardiff Half Marathon, so city hotel prices increased, but the price that I paid for this night did seem rather high.

We had a wonderful experience at easyHotel Cardiff. My wife and kids were genuinely impressed by the quality of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort of the stay. The facilities were well maintained, and everything felt organized and welcoming. The location is excellent—close to the city centre and convenient for getting around Cardiff. It made our short trip very easy and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the manager, whose professionalism and friendliness made a real difference. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this hotel is great value for money, and we will definitely choose it again when visiting Cardiff. Highly recommended for families!

Simple and easy check in with very approachable staff. The room is very clean, with a modern bathroom and a big window with a view of the city. Was quiet and felt very private. Really good value for money being close to the center!

They dont have onsite parking however, you get a discounted rate at a NCP carpark about a 5-10min walk away. I paid £18 for 28hrs. There were no drinks in the vending machine, i paid £7 for one of their water bottles to use the water dispenser.

The location is very convenient. However, the room is quite small. We specifically requested and paid extra for a room with a window, but unfortunately, the window does not open. Had I known this in advance, I likely would not have booked it. Additionally, the room lacks basic furnishings such as a chair or desk to place personal items. Housekeeping is not provided daily, and overall, the room feels overpriced for what is offered. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and welcoming

I paid a premium price for my stay at easyHotel Cardiff, expecting a reasonable experience, but was deeply disappointed to be assigned the smallest cubicle room. Given the high cost, it’s unacceptable that the hotel would offer such substandard accommodations. To make matters worse, I hit my leg on the bed frame right after showering, which only added to the frustration. The entire experience was complete rubbish, and I’m thoroughly disappointed with the lack of value for the price paid.
