A lovely stay in Antwerp

We stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The appartement is located on an ideal location within Antwerp. It's very easy to get there by car and to park it in the neighbourhood. The apartment is large and very nice. The interior design is on point and very well done. It's super clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. What more could you want.

Perfect location, beautiful and lively, rather residential, part of the city. Lots of places to eat or have a drink. Museums and galleries nearby.

Perfect flat in a perfect location - Experience Antwerp at its best !

We absolutely LOVED this place, everything from the location (super central, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket) to the amenities and the general vibe of the neighbourhood. Also, the flat is light, beautifully decorated and with high-quality materials. Highly recommended !

Nothing comes to mind, really. Perhaps the fact there's no elevator in the building, and the stairs are pretty narrow ? Also, maybe be a bit more generous on the amenities (soap, towels, ...) ? Those are just minor niggles, really.

Séjour agréable, studio très bien agencé, dans un quartier très agréable et bien situé !

L’emplacement est idéal, bien situé, le quartier est agréable, belle architecture avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. L’immeuble est très beau, le studio joliment aménagé, neuf, confortable. La communication était fluide et rapide avec les propriétaires ( Check in et lit très simple) et les recommandations très appréciables.

Wat een fijn verblijf! Een prachtig, mooi afgewerkt appartement met een leuke inrichting en alle comfort. De ligging is top, met gezellige restaurants en barretjes in de buurt. We hebben enorm genoten.

Het was een fantastisch verblijf in dit prachtige appartement. Heel mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. In een hele fijne gezellige buurt. De communicatie met de eigenaar was ook erg prettig. Ik kom hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Sfeervol appartement op een prima locatie.

Eigenlijk was alles prima, maar als ik iets moet bedenken de rioollucht in de badkamer. Maar ook hier was aan gedacht:er stonden lekkere geurstokjes om het te verbloemen.

Mooi groot, luxe appartement in een fijne buurt net buiten het stadscentrum. Inrichting was modern en is met zorg ingericht als in een woontijdschrift.

De badkamer was mooi, maar wel een beetje koud. De verwarming is te klein om deze ruimte goed op te warmen.

Fijn appartement, goede locatie. In de zomer met ramen open, kan ik me voorstellen luidruchtig. Fijn glaswerk ook in de keuken.

Alles beviel, enige wat ik zou benoemen is dat beneden in gang geuren van bakkerij kunnen doordringen, niet per se fijne geurem. Zeker niet hinderlijk, maar als je hier gevoelig voor bent...

Mooie, geweldige plek, schoon, verzorgd maar onpersoonlijk

Goede plek, en schoon

Je wordt niet ontvangen en dat maakt het minder persoonlijk. Onze kamer was niet schoon toen we aankwamen het was 15.45 en we waren 15 min te vroeg…. Zoals de eigenaar aangaf. Beetje flauw en gewoon niet goed geregeld zou ik zeggen. De poetsvrouw kwam snel en het werd opgelost. Nadeel van de derde etage is dat het enorm hot in de kamer is 28 graden zonder airconditioning. We hebben de ramen en deuren opengezet maar met gevolg muggen binnen.

Mooi appartement maar helaas heel veel overlast van bouwgeluiden!!

Mooi schoon appartement, goede ligging.

Warm, lichte gordijnen hele stijle trappen (geen probleem maar goed om te weten) Tijdens ons verblijf waren er hele heftige bouwgeluiden (kangoo boor) van vroeg in de ochtend tot ver in de middag. Het was niet te doen om overdag in het appartement te verblijven. Het zag er naar uit dat dit al een tijdje gaande was en ook dat het voorlopig nog niet klaar zal zijn.

Niet huren in de zomer!

We waren genoodzaakt onze vakantie vroegtijdig af te breken ivm de hitte die door het grote schuifraam naar binnen komt. De zon staat hier volledig op te branden. Er is geen zonwering op de buitenkant waardoor je in een broeikas zit. Eigenaar geeft aan dat hij er niets aan kon doen door de zogenaamde hittegolf, maar gezien er in 2024 ook al klachten waren, had hij makkelijk een scherm kunnen regelen of het bovenste appartement beslist niet moeten verhuren. Dus we hebben een rot verblijf gehad.

Quartier Le Sud is een fijn appartement op een toplocatie in het Zuid.

Geweldige locatie, dichtbij musea en horeca.

De ruimte had wat ons betreft ietsjes beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden (er lag veel stof) en er leken kopjes te missen. Ook waren verduisterende gordijnen fijn geweest, er hangen rolgordijnen.

Leuk appartement, wel erg warm.

Het is een prachtig appartement op een mooie locatie. Schoon en lekker ruim.

Er is geen airconditioning aanwezig en Wij sliepen op de bovenste etage. Het was enorm warm en het koelde ‘s nachts bijna niet af. Hierdoor heel slecht geslapen. Ik zou echt aanraden om airco’s te plaatsen, dan is het ook in de zomer een ruime 9 waard. Nu helaas een 7 gegeven.

Fantastische locatie, veel bars en sfeervolle restaurants, absoluut het gezelligste deel van Antwerpen. Fijne toelichting van de eigenaren en goede bereikbaarheid van bezienswaardigheden.

Dat het zó om was - hadden ons met gemak nog een aantal weken kunnen vermaken!
