Not worth for money, tomuch distabnces of top and down floor noise of steps walking!

Bed and House clean.

It’s not comfortable for family or kids, there is no space in the walkway. There is no proper kitchenware , dishwasher, oven was not working, there is no bath-gel, very congested bathroom. Most importantly lot of noise with steps around. The people made some luggage.

Location, cleanliness, easy check in-out using access codes. The beds were comfy.

Needs soundproofing- you can hear upstairs Neighbours walking and talking to the point you can’t watch tv from the constant thumping. It was great when that family went to sleep. Also we had no hot water. We reported it but there was no empathy from the person we spoke to. There were only 3 dining chairs, but we were a family of 4, so not very handy when eating together. The main bed had only 1 bedside table.

Great, convenient stay in Antwerp city center

Great location in Antwerp city center. If you come by car there is a parking lot (for a fee) which is just around the corner. Very useful if you are doing a road-trip. The apartment is nice and spacey and has all that you need.

If you travel with a young child the climb to the apartment on the 4th floor can be a bit of hassle. Was a good exercise though :)

L'emplacement, la qualité de la literie, la propreté, l'espace et la taille de l'appartement.

L'insonorisation est catastrophique : vous êtes chez les voisins et...ils sont chez vous L'équipement de cuisine est insuffisant : un faitout mais pas de casseroles, une seule poêle abîmée, pas de couteau tranchant, etc..

Апартаменти розташовані в самому центрі Антверпена — це великий плюс, локація справді чудова

Враження від проживання залишилися двоякі. У квартирі було не надто чисто: брудна підлога, зношений диван, мало меблів і дуже мало посуду, якого не вистачало під час нашого чотириденного перебування. Постільна білизна була чистою — це позитивний момент. Частина техніки не працювала (фен, кавома- шина), також виникла проблема з котлом — зникло опалення та гаряча вода. Після звернення господарі відреагували та усунули несправності, за що дякуємо. Сходи дуже вузькі, піднятися з багажем — справжня катастрофа. Паркінг, який пропонують, теж дуже вузький, врахуйте це!!! Припаркувати авто і не обдерти нічого, ще той квест)) Окремо хочеться зазначити, що шумоізоляція практично відсутня — дуже чутно сусідів, створюється враження, ніби вони перебувають у тих самих апартаментах разом з вами. Загальна неохайність і рівень комфорту залишили неприємне враження.

Helemaal prima!

De locatie is fantastisch! En het gemak met de code om binnen te komen. Ook is het schoon en vonden wij het fijn om de optie te krijgen om ook op de bank te kunnen slapen. Alles was netjes!

Het kan redelijk koud zijn, maar gelukkig doen de kachels het goed. Ook kan het gehorig zijn en in de gang hangt een heftige parfum lucht.

L'emplacement était super, et le personnel est venu pour l'intendance, et nous a apporté des nouveaux linges propres.

L'isolation était catastrophique. Nous entendions les voisins, qui rentraient tard de soirée, on entendait leur musique, leur appel et leurs pas, nous avons très mal dormi durant les deux nuits de suite. La salle de bain sentait l'humidité, et la cuisine n'était pas très propre.

Die Wohnung verfügte über zwei Eingänge, wobei die Terrassentür nicht abschließbar war – ein Schlüssel wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Der Eigentümer erklärte, es handle sich um eine private Terrasse, was jedoch nicht verifizierbar war. Das fehlende Sicherheitsgefühl beeinträchtigte den Aufenthalt deutlich. Die Unterkunft ist aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.

Близко к центру, красивая обстановка, наличие кухни, микроволновки, телевизора с большим экраном, холодильник, посуда, моющие. Все это было прекрасно

Поднимать тяжелый чемодан на 3 этаж по крутой лестнице, ужасная пыль на жалюзи, пришлось мыть, т.к невозможно с таким слоем пыли мириться. Душевая маловата. Паркинг 40 евро в сутки-довольно дорого

Bonito apartamento muy bien situado en el centro de Amberes

Muy bien situado, en una calle muy tranquila, y cerca del centro. La catedral está a diez minutos andando. El apartamento es bonito, cómodo y en general bien equipado, aunque se ve que va faltando alguna cosa del menaje que estaría bien reponer, como propuesta revisar tazas y cucharas...

La limitación del parking. Si se ofrece parking privado se debería especificar que es limitado. Es verdad que realicé la reserva el dia anterior a nuestra estancia, y lo que me indicaron es que es lo que pasa por reservar last minute. Es verdad que nos indicaron dos parkings públicos cercanos y en el que dejamos el coche no fue mucho más caro del que ofertaba el alojamiento y sin limitaciones de espacio. Por cierto habría que actualizar el precio del parking en la página de booking, ya que aunque no es mucho importe, el dato no es correcto.

Loc de parcare acoperit, suport din partea personalului, detalii foarte explicite pentru accesul in camera si parcare, lenjerii si prosoape curate, aparat de cafea, capsule de cafea si zahar, bucătărie utilata

Podeaua care scartaia foarte puternic, lipsa unei uși de separare între spațiul de.dormit si living, toaleta separata de dus si chiuveta (in zone diferite ale apartamentului)

Verblijf, verhuurder, ligging , proper en de communicitie tot de verhuurders….!! Perfecg

Was proper en ruim. Perfecte ligging! Super gemakkelijk om te communiceren met de verhuurders! Super vriendelijk 🤗 Heb gevraagd voor verlenging en verliep heel vlot!

Tweede nacht klonk het als een feestje, veel passage en gestamp op de trappen, klonk als continu om de vijf minuten groepen die naar boven en beneden gingen. Laatste nacht verliep moeizamer qua geluid. Van boven mij. Er verbleef een gezin met kinderen begrijpelijk spelen en lopen. En het zijn kindjes! Maar probeerde te slapen rond tien uur, maar tegen twaalf uur was het kleintje nog aan het lopen heen en weer en het klinkt wel alsof het naast je bed gebeurd. Hij was niet aan het wandelen maar echt heen en weer aan het lopen en stampen maar ook van de living naar continu het kamer gedeelde waardoor ik niet kon slapen, was heel luid! Niet gewoon lichtjes gebonk. Niet wandelen maar echt heen en weer aan het crossen en stampen. Om twaalf uur uiteindelijk gevraagd aan hun om er op te letten. Of op zen minst niet boven de kamer gedeelte en dan uiteindelijk was het oké…. Ligt niet zeker niet aan de verhuurders ❤️

Es gab keine Parkplätze für ein 9 Sitzer , es gab keine Handtücher fürs Gesicht , der Bad war wirklich sehr klein, nichts für kräftige Leute ! Insgesamt würde ich der Unterkunft eine 4 geben !

la localisation centrale et la déco de l'appartement sur les photos booking (en vrai c'est moins bien)

-service au client lamentable, relation par téléphone avec une personne peu arrangeante qui au lieu de vous aider vous ment et vous parle mal. le jour du départ nous avions notre véhicule bloqué dans le parking à cause du marché (rideau en fer descendu) et avons demandé qu'on puisse nous aider en gardant 3 heures nos affaires dans un placard dans l'entrée ou ailleurs en ville (ils ont d'autre appart dans la ville) le temps que le marché finisse et que le parking re-ouvre. La personne au téléphone nous voyait sur la caméra et nous mettait la pression pour qu'on claque la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et soyons a la rue avec nos affaires. (le code porte expire en même temps que votre location donc pas possible de rentrer de nouveau a postériori). il pleuvait/ventait ce jour là et nous avions notre fille en béquille et un autre en poussette c'était sympa de marcher avec toutes nous affaires/valises dans la rue sous la pluie. -mal insonorisé en entend quand qqun monte ou descend et se déplace au dessus. -la chasse d'eau qui fuit et est cassé -nous avions demandé un lit bébé : confirmé mais non installé -le ménage était mal fait en particulier sous lit/canapé et stores/fenêtres quantité incroyable de poussière (pourtant le seul personnel présent sur place est le personnel de ménage)

整層空間可以使用，還有沙發區和廚房區加上兩間房間都很棒！整體的空間設計也很不錯～廚房餐具等等一應俱全！自助check in手續也都會提早提供很方便！

唯一的問題就是噪音，樓上走路和小孩跑步聽得一清二楚，原本看了很多評論很多人說，我們想說應該還好，結果體驗下來真的滿大聲的...很容易清晨被樓上腳步聲吵醒。

Séjour écourté car trop bruyant et sale.

L’emplacement est vraiment le point fort de cette appartement. L’équipe est vraiment réactive car nous avons eu une fuite d’eau provenant des toilettes, et elle a été réparé en un temps record !

L’isolation phonique qui est inexistante entre les murs, ainsi que le ménage bâclé qui vient malheureusement gâcher ces vacances à Anvers. Le plan de travail gras et sale, les ustensiles de cuisine pas bien lavés, le canapé lit qui mériterai un bon nettoyage dessus et DESSOUS. On aimerai sûrement profiter du canapé lit en position CANAPÉ quand on vient en groupe ;)

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Der Reinigungszustand war unbefriedigend (dicke Staubschicht/Schmutz auf Regal und Jalousien, Dreck auf der Küchenarbeitsplatte um die Kaffeemaschine, Fenster seit Ewigkeiten nicht geputzt). Zu wenig Besteck in der Küchenzeile. Kein Handwaschbecken in der Toilette. Bei Buchung war nicht klar, dass der Parkplatz extra kostet. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis lässt zu wünschen übrig.

appartement agréable et bien situé

logement parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants. Literie confortable, pour le canapé un surmatelas est mis en place merci (lits faits à notre arrivée, et serviettes fournies, ainsi que gel douche et shampoing) nous étions au 3 étage, nous étions au calme, et en cette saison pas trop chaud (à voir l'été) Nous avions loué la place de garage que le propriétaire propose pour 46 euros les 2 nuits, à 200 m du logement, ça nous a été bien utile (nous avons une skoda octavia break et ça rentre!) Le quartier est très agréable, proche du centre, jolie commerce à coté. Pas eu de problème nocturne.

il manque un peu d'ustensile de cuisine (égouttoir, produit vaisselle), mais dans l'ensemble OK. Les murs auraient bien besoin d'un coup de lessivage, et l'un des meubles a été malheureusement arraché avant notre arrivée et reste en équilibre, avec les enfants ce n'est pas trop sure. nettoyage des vitres à revoir

Ons verblijf was prima

Binnen enkele minuten ben je in de stad, dat is super. Bed bestaat uit 1 matras ipv twee, ook erg fijn. Echter wel een hoog bed wat eventueel vervelend kan zijn voor oudere mensen.

De lamp in de wc was helaas kapot. Hier en daar vlekken op de vloer, bank en keuken. Het terras was ook niet schoongemaakt (stoelen vies) waardoor we niet buiten konden zitten.
