It was a lovely quiet guest house, room was perfect, bay window with a sea view, very comfortable bed, lovely clean en-suite with complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, lovely dining room a great choice of breakfast.
There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was perfect.

Well placed, clean adequate
Restrictive timings for check in and breakfast. Uncooked tomatoes on cooked breakfast. Didn’t bother with breakfast second day. Switch to turn on shower out of reach for anyone above a door frame.
