Ideally located about 500m from main street & 600m from promenade, beach & pier. Just 800m from railway station & close to bus stops, easy flat walking distance to most of town.. Shops, restaurants, bars, pubs & supermarkets are very close. The hosts of the B & B, Peter and Linda are most hospitable, friendly and provide a delicious breakfast. The facilities include a breakfast room, lounge area & outside garden seating. The top floor room I had was small but very clean, comfortable bed, good size TV, efficient WiFi, small windows that opened for fresh air and nice bathroom with tiny shower. The area was very quiet.
Being on top floor (third) the water pressure was not great and had stairs to negotiate, fine for me but would be a problem for persons with mobility issues. Shower would be not suitable for larger persons.

We had such a lovely stay with Peter and Linda. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection with plenty of choice, and it really set us up for the day. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and in a great location for exploring Llandudno. Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality. We had a fabulous time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!
