Nice & quiet hotel, close to Elbe river and Blankenese center

2 Room Suite with nice view over the Elbe River, very quiet location, nice decor.

A/C could work better + little issue with the shower (no cold water from the overhead shower)

all in all the room was fine except for the temperature.

Breakfast was good and the location was great.

My air conditioner did not work. When we entered the room, the temperature was 28.5 and never went down below 24. I sent an email ands also informed the staff downstairs. It never got fixed. As a result we had to open the windows and the noise from the graduation parties on the nights we were there were very loud. We did not get much sleep. The young people were yelling, urinating in the ground and throwing glass bottles into your recycling bin most of the night.

Lovely charming hotel

Super clean, VERY comfortable beds and beautiful German Style Hotel on the hill. Staff were lovely and let us drop our bags early and help ourselves to plenty of coffee.

Great place to stay

The place is located in beautiful neighborhood. The room was spacious and quiet. There are no elevator, keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. The room was really nice and clean. Perfect place if you’re looking for a place outside Hamburg.

There is no air conditioning, but it didn’t bother as the weather was not too hot.

Nice building and neighbourhood

bedsheets were not clean when we checked in (small stain of previous guest i assume). Shower is a bit claustrophobic.

Delightfully fun!

the staff was very helpful on orienting me in the city and concern of my well being. The room was very neat and clean and comfortable The room has a comfortable size and the bathroom had everything I needed. The location was beautiful

A little pearl located in the stunning scenery of the Suellberg

The property is beautifully located and has been built to a high standard. It is a special place to stay with friendly staff. Do not expect a full breakfast - as advertised, you get a croissant and can help yourself with tea, coffee and water.

Gorgeous property and thoughtful touches. Easy train or ferry ride into center city Hamburg yet could take a leisurely walk along the shoreline/beach of the Elbe River near restaurants and lovely homes.

Gemütliche Unterkunft, wir haben es dort sehr genossen

Ein sehr charmantes Haus mit maximal 10 Zimmern, liebevoll geführt - einfach zum Wohlfühlen Zum Nikolaus gab es frische Waffeln zum Frühstück, herrlich! Grundsätzlich wird kein Frühstück angeboten, es gibt aber Kaffee, Tee und Croissants mit verschiedenen Marmeladen zur morgendlichen Stärkung

Ein einziger Punkt: unsere Heizung war nicht richtig eingestellt, wir haben morgens mit dem (im Zimmer vorhandenen) Heizlüfter das Zimmer aufgewärmt, weil wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen

Zu kalte Zimmer, nichts für Frostbeulen 🥶

Der Rest ;) Wunderschönes Treppenviertel.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft deutlich zu kalt. Die Raumtemperatur betrug lediglich 19 °C bei Eintreffen. Trotz Einschaltens der Heizung stieg die Temperatur bis zum nächsten Morgen nur auf 20 °C, sodass die Heizung offensichtlich nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionierte. Als wir von der Silvesterparty stark durchgefroren zurückkamen, gelang es uns nicht, das Zimmer ausreichend zu erwärmen. Erst am nächsten Morgen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sich im Schrank ein Heizlüfter befindet. Für uns ergibt sich daraus der Eindruck, dass dem Hotel bekannt war, dass die reguläre Heizung nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Für 250€ die Silvesternacht und keine ausreichende Heizung ist nicht akzeptabel.

Prachtige kamers, smaakvol

smaakvol ingericht, klassieke stijl, met bv veel hout, wat ik mooi vind, prachtige ligging in Blankenese, je werd ook uitstekend geïnstrueerd hoe je het hotel en je kamer kon binnenkomen, met codes etc. (er is weinig personeel), toch nog aangenaam verrast dat je ook nog een gratis ontbijt kreeg (weliswaar eenvoudig met croissants en jam en boter).

Het zou mooi zijn als je wèl uitgebreid kon ontbijten

Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen!

Kleines Hotel mitten in Hamburg-Blankenese mit Blick auf die Elbe.

Leider war das Zimmer an sich sehr klein. Das Bett war sehr schmal, was für große Menschen, wie uns, unbequem war. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, sodass ich mich wie auf einem Schiff gefühlt habe (passt ja zu Hamburg 😉). Ich habe die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen. Was ich aber am Schlimmsten fand, war die Kälte im Zimmer und vor allem im Bad. Es wurde nicht richtig warm. Ich habe so gefroren, dass wir schlussendlich in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen sind und somit nur eine Nacht (anstatt zwei Nächte) in der Remise Süllberg verbracht haben.

Die hamburger Eleganz des Hauses, die Lage inmitten des historischen Treppeviertels und die Stille der Umgebung ist wunderbar.

Das sogenannte typisch französisch Frühstück finde ich „so lá lá“ .

Heerlijk rust

Prachtige rustige plek. Mooi afgewerkt hotel. Alles schoon en netjes , badkamer in verhouding wat klein maar prima! Koffie kan je pakken wanneer je wilt dat is een dikke plus !

Lage oberhalb des Treppenviertels in Blankenese inkl. Elbblick ist toll, besonders schön die verkehrsberuhigte Umgebung.

Türcode am Eingang funktionierte nicht, allerdings konnte die Dame am anderen Ende der mitgelieferten Telefonnummer den Einlass vermitteln :-)

Sehr schicke Unterkunft, toll gelegen und gut organisiert. Mit morgendlicher Kaffeebar und nettem Sitzbereich

Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht gut organisiert, da hätte ich ein ermäßigtes Ticket für die nahe gelegene Tiefgarage erwartet, 30 €/24 h sind Flughafenpreise

Beste ruhige Lage, im Treppenviertel von Hamburg. Beste Aussicht von der Terrasse zum cruise day, am Abend. Geschlafen wie in einem Prinzessinnen Zimmer. Gemütlich vor allem die Kissen!
