The location.

A little outdated and I really miss a mini fridge in the room, also the pillow are very strange and super flat. Just like a sheet.

Very basic.

Beds and duvet comfy and room was clean. Cleaning staff were lovely - friendly and helpful.

Reception staff not very friendly. Room was freezing ( with one radiator off - we had to turn it on. But too noisy to sleep next to - so had to be cold overnight) NO tea or coffee facilities in room or water. Very basic breakfast with poor choice. Potential to be so much better.

The room was clean and the furniture comfortable.

My room was in the second building down the street from the main hotel building, one side over the garage entrance and the other toward the main street, so there was lots of vehicle noise from 6 a.m. until 1 a.m.

quiet room (despite next to street), spacious, great to have third bed in separate room, comfortable beds, great location next to the Elbe and public transport to the city;

No tea/coffee maker in the room, a small fridge could be useful; the curtains had a lot of large (coffee?) stains (mostly to the bottom); some of staff can improve in friendliness (e.g. when leaving - a day earlier than planned - there was no question about the stay, only emphasizing firmly that they could not give us money back as we had booked via booking com - though we did not even ask for this)

Very irresponsible behavior of staff , Safety hazard as main door room was broken , Room without towels and no staff available in evening , No warm breakfast available for vegetarian

The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the location is relatively quiet and convenient.

The room wasn't cleaned for 3 days, then every day for 3 days. I don't care if they do every other day, but this seemed random or as though someone forgot.

The rooms are very dated. Although there was supposed to be breakfast starting at 6:30, there was no one there.

Für eine Nacht war es ok! Bei längerem Aufenthalt hätte ich mehr Exklusivität erwartet.

Die Möglichkeit des Parkens war hervorragend. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sauber, hätte aber gerne eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit (1 Stuhl) im Doppelzimmer.

Im Gegensatz zum ersten Aufenthalt (August 2025) war jetzt das Zimmer sehr beengt bei gleichem Preis, obwohl das Haus mit € 80,- bis € 130,- wirbt und ich den Höchstbetrag zahlen musste.

Freundliches Hotel, fußläufig zu Bus und Bahn in sehr schönem Stadtteil.

Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück ordentlich. Sehr grosses Badezimmer. Helles Zimmer nach hinten und dadurch sehr ruhig.

Die Möbel sind etwas aus der Zeit, aber sauber und die Matratze war prima.

In Ordnung für eine Nacht

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Badezimmer sehr sauber und neu. Fußläufig zu S-Bahn und Blankeneser Restaurants/Cafés. Sehr bequemes Bett.

Abgestellter Staubsauger auf dem Gang vor dem Zimmer, Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, kein WLAN-Empfang im 3. Stock. Schade auch, dass kein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt wird (ggf auch gegen Pfand zur Ausleihe wie andere Hotels es anbieten). Frühstück etwas lieblos aber OK.
