The location.

A little outdated and I really miss a mini fridge in the room, also the pillow are very strange and super flat. Just like a sheet.

Very basic.

Beds and duvet comfy and room was clean. Cleaning staff were lovely - friendly and helpful.

Reception staff not very friendly. Room was freezing ( with one radiator off - we had to turn it on. But too noisy to sleep next to - so had to be cold overnight) NO tea or coffee facilities in room or water. Very basic breakfast with poor choice. Potential to be so much better.

The room was clean and the furniture comfortable.

My room was in the second building down the street from the main hotel building, one side over the garage entrance and the other toward the main street, so there was lots of vehicle noise from 6 a.m. until 1 a.m.

comfortable place, good location

quiet room (despite next to street), spacious, great to have third bed in separate room, comfortable beds, great location next to the Elbe and public transport to the city;

No tea/coffee maker in the room, a small fridge could be useful; the curtains had a lot of large (coffee?) stains (mostly to the bottom); some of staff can improve in friendliness (e.g. when leaving - a day earlier than planned - there was no question about the stay, only emphasizing firmly that they could not give us money back as we had booked via booking com - though we did not even ask for this)

The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the location is relatively quiet and convenient.

The room wasn't cleaned for 3 days, then every day for 3 days. I don't care if they do every other day, but this seemed random or as though someone forgot.

Die Zimmer waren nicht beheizt bei Ankunft und wurden auf nicht mehr warm auch bei voll aufgedrehtem Heizkörperthermosat wir haben uns mit unseren Mäntel zusätzlich zugedeckt. Im Badezimmer was es ähnlich weil es hier gar keinen Heizkörper gab.

Immer wieder gerne, wenn ich nach Hamburg muss.

Das Hotel Behrmann liegt ideal zum Bahnhof Blankenese und zur Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr. In kurzer Zeit ist man bei ein paar netten Restaurants, die abends zum Essen einladen - oder aber man nutzt sein Deutschlandticket und fährt in die Hamburger Innenstadt.

Eigentlich war alles so wie immer: grundsolide, es gab nichts zu bekritteln.

Gute Lage aber zu teuer für das was es bietet.

Lage zum Bahnhof in Blankenese ist gut. Zimmer ist groß und geräumig

Frühstück ist nicht doll und ein Wasserkocher und Tee/ Kaffee im zimmer wären auch nett. Zimmer sin groß und geräumig aber auch nicht besonders nett eingerichtet.
