Breakfast was fresh and good with cold meats and warm eggs, juices, drip coffee or cappuccinos etc Staff were always friendly, had a nice word to say, knew me by name after the 3rd day SIngle room was very small but well laid out, with great shower WIndows have mosquito screens, so I could leave them open without worrying about bugs Perfect location within steps to supermarket, boutiques, bookshop, cafes, restaurants, parks, and rivershore

Walls are a bit thin, the room was really very small, and a bit pricey could not reserve a parking spot so sometimes had to find streetside parking

Heerlijk hotel, zeer schone kamers, op een toplocatie!

Fijne, schone, rustige kamers! Ontvangst was heel vriendelijk. Ook het schoonmaakpersoneel dat in de ochtend langs de kamers gaan is heel vriendelijk en aardig. Lekkere bedden! Schone kamers. Ligging is ook echt top. We hebben Hamburg op een leuke manier leren ontdekken. Goede uitvalsplek. We gaan hier zeker terugkomen!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, in schönem Frühstücksraum, sehr sauber, Zimmer modern und saniert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Einziges Fenster zum Gang/Weg hin, aber baulich nicht zu ändern. Wer zentral wohnen will, etwas weit draußen in Blankenese, für mich war es ideal.

Zentral in Blankenese gelegen

Ein sehr einfaches Zimmer, langer Flur im Zimmer, kleiner Schlafbereich.. Das Bad sauber, Ausstattung eher veraltet. Dünne Bettdecken. Zum Preis von 168 € ohne Frühstück überteuert. Man merkt die schwache Konkurrenz in Blankenese. Preis/Leistung an anderen Orten undenkbar.

Unsauberkeit Toilette

Zunächst sehr gut! Die Lage in erster Instanz.

Im Zimmer leider auf dem Bettlaken ein Fleck. Die Toilette war nicht sauber. Als ich dies direkt nach dem beziehen des Zimmers bemerkt habe und es an der Rezeption mitgeteilt habe, bekam ich eine Reaktion mit der ich nicht gerechnet habe. Keine Bestürzung sondern das Gegenteil. Widerwillig kam diese Person dann mit. Erste Aussage dies könne sie erst nach 18 Uhr reinigen und ich soll mir dich bitte ein anderes Hotel suchen. Mit dem Wissen, dass wir zu dritt dort für zwei Nächte waren. Ich stelle mir die Frage warum dies heruntergespielt wird, wenn dies ein offensichtliches Versäumnis des Hotels ist. Daher ist die Enttäuschung groß. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das Bad hatte kein Fenster und leider keine Lüftung. Weiter fand ich Schimmel im Bad in der Duschkabine vor, auch dies wurde ignoriert bzw. herunter gespielt. (Foto anbei) Sehr schade, für so eine gute Lage in Blankenese.
