Satisfied. For our next concert. We will definitely consider this property again.

For concert goers this property is recommended, just 2 Bus Rides away from Volksparkstadion in Hamburg especially post concert. You don't need to take the S5 Stellingen.

Very pleasant guesthouse outside of the city center. Location might be plus if you plan to enjoy nature, biking and such. If you wanna reach city center fast, this is not for you.

Breakfast was minimal although I arrived at 07.45 h. Breakfast room fels is more like conference room so "home feeling". Scrambled eggs were old and at a low. No bacon. Maybe they could refresh the buffet after the first shift have gone?

Die Frühstücksatmosphäre war nicht schön, das Buffet wirkte improvisiert und kein besonderes Angebot, OK aber kein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal an der Rezeption war besonders freundlich

Ich habe gut geschlafen, Zimmer war ruhig. Der Kontakt an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers hat keinen besonderen Stil und hat mir nicht gefallen. Sehr spartanisch, keine Bilder, einfache Möbel, Farbauswahl Sessel, Vorhänge wirkt alt, nicht mein Geschmack.

Wir haben das zweite Mal im Haus Rissen eingecheckt und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Der Empfang freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sehr sauber und auch das Frühstück war ausreichend und ausgewogen.

Schöne, neue Zimmer im Gästehaus neben der Villa, Liegt alles sehr ruhig auf einem großen Gartengrundstück, weit genug weg von der Straße Im 3 OG gibt es eine Dachterrasse mit kleinen Snacks

Gut geeignet für kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Nähe zur Elbe und Blankenese mit Parkplätzen war für unsere Zwecke ideal. Ausstattung ok bis auf seniorengerechte Utensilien wie Griffe, Haken im Bad. Haus wird wohl mehr für die Seminarteilnehmer angeboten. Es wird auch ein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten.

Auswahl (auch fehlende Nachfuellung), Qualität und Preis (17,50 pPpT) des Fruehstueckbuffets sowie die eingeschraenkte Nutzungszeit - Bis 9 Uhr). Parkkosten von 7 Euro pro Nacht.
