Good value for the stay

There were plenty of options for breakfast, the staff very friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable

The hotel is a bit old, so you have to carry a huge keychain with you. It would be nice to have a bigger pillow or two pillows. We knew that the location was not the best but we didn't know that the train passed besides the hotel and there was a lot of noise, especially in our room.

Location is not very inspiring, for us it was a stop on our way north, so that was okay. The charging of the EV costs were quite high, 16 euros for 28 kwh, comparable to fast charging prices.

A nice and modern hotel with a good parking lot which is not guaranteed inside Hamburg. The breakfast buffet is good, and the room is clean and updated.

The hotel is just behind an S-bahn line, and you can hear it passing by.

After I mentioned that my wife was a light sleeper, they gave me an upgrade for just a few Euros more for a quiet suite upstairs at the end of the hall. All of the staff were well trained and very nice to the customers. The breakfast was excellent.

There was beer that was spilled on the floor next to the bed and around the glass table by previous visitors. The carpets should be steam cleaned to get rid of the light smell. Besides that everything was great.

Since we were heading towards Bilbao, this hotel as just sleep over along the route caused us 1 hr more drive.

Good breakfast. Very clean. Very friendly stuff. Good location (with car 4 minutes to free P+R at Wedel, then 30 min with S-Bahn to Hamburg, Landungsbruecken). We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kreutzer and would come back again.

the breakfast was good 8/10. pet friendly with a access to a small garden and the free parking. the staffs are good and welcoming but needs some improvement with English since the hotel accept the guests internationally. but In general the staffs are super good with 9/10 score. they gave us new year’s gift and welcoming fruits . the hotel is equipped with breaks new sauna.

no heating no dehumidifier after 23:00. if you take a shower after 23:00 be aware that you will be like living behind the waterfall.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub!

Ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Die Eingangshalle des Hotels ist freundlich, modern eingerichtet, hell, gleich zum Wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, groß und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet: Fernseher, genug Steckdosen, große Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer für nur 2,50 € - selten so etwas erlebt! - ein kleiner Teller mit Obst und Schokolade zur Bergrüßung. Eine nette Geste, finde ich! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, gutes Angebot, was das Herz begehrt. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Parkplatz im Preis inklusive und viele Plätze da! Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub nur empfehlen.

Die Lage ist, wenn man mit einem Auto kommt, sehr gut. Direkt an der B 431 und wen es nicht stört, ist direkt hinter dem Hotel die S - Bahn, was natürlich etwas lauter ist. Aber ich hatte mein Zimmer zum Innenhof, da war es nicht störend!

Musicalevent mit tollem Hotelaufenthalt

Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, neben dem sehr leckeren Frühstück, dass Familienzimmer vorhanden sind, und dass es auch am Abend, vor Ort noch ein kleines Bistroangebot gibt. Darüber hinaus ist es sehr schön, dass man die Sauna im Haus am Abend nutzen kann. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und werden das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen.

Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist sehr weit. Wir sind nachhaltig mit der Bahn angereist und obwohl die S-Bahn-Schienen direkt hinter dem Hotel liegen, hält dort leider keine Bahn. Die Bushaltestellen, von denen man nach Wedel oder Blankenese zur jeweils nächsten S-Bahn-Station und dann ins Zentrum gelangt, sind auch mit gut 10-15min Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt. Durch den hohen Schnee, der lag und leider kaum geräumt wurde auf den Fußwegen in der Umgebung, verlängert sich so ein Fußmarsch mit Gepäck natürlich... Leider bietet das Hotel keinen Shuttle-Service an. Auch nicht zum Musical-Event, das man in Kombination mit der Übernachtung in dem schönen Hotel buchen kann. Eine Bushaltestelle am Hotel ließe sich aber bestimmt mit der Stadt und HVV abstimmen und integrieren und würde das Hotel, insbesondere für Zugreisende noch empfehlenswerter machen.
