Good value for the stay

There were plenty of options for breakfast, the staff very friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable

The hotel is a bit old, so you have to carry a huge keychain with you. It would be nice to have a bigger pillow or two pillows. We knew that the location was not the best but we didn't know that the train passed besides the hotel and there was a lot of noise, especially in our room.

Location is not very inspiring, for us it was a stop on our way north, so that was okay. The charging of the EV costs were quite high, 16 euros for 28 kwh, comparable to fast charging prices.

A nice and modern hotel with a good parking lot which is not guaranteed inside Hamburg. The breakfast buffet is good, and the room is clean and updated.

The hotel is just behind an S-bahn line, and you can hear it passing by.

After I mentioned that my wife was a light sleeper, they gave me an upgrade for just a few Euros more for a quiet suite upstairs at the end of the hall. All of the staff were well trained and very nice to the customers. The breakfast was excellent.

There was beer that was spilled on the floor next to the bed and around the glass table by previous visitors. The carpets should be steam cleaned to get rid of the light smell. Besides that everything was great.

The room was very nice. The best was the breakfast, presented in a smart way with selection I like.

Since we were heading towards Bilbao, this hotel as just sleep over along the route caused us 1 hr more drive.

Good breakfast. Very clean. Very friendly stuff. Good location (with car 4 minutes to free P+R at Wedel, then 30 min with S-Bahn to Hamburg, Landungsbruecken). We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kreutzer and would come back again.

without the kindly staffs and charming breakfast I give 6/10. with the staffs it worth 8.8/10

the breakfast was good 8/10. pet friendly with a access to a small garden and the free parking. the staffs are good and welcoming but needs some improvement with English since the hotel accept the guests internationally. but In general the staffs are super good with 9/10 score. they gave us new year’s gift and welcoming fruits . the hotel is equipped with breaks new sauna.

no heating no dehumidifier after 23:00. if you take a shower after 23:00 be aware that you will be like living behind the waterfall.
