A hotel where you feel like home

This is a hotel where you feel like home, rooms are clean and spacious, parking available, very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was good with very friendly and attend staff as well, same applies for breakfast. I can recommend this hotel for all kinds of traveler types.

Very cosy hotel, very good breakfast, great surroundings (forest and birds) helpful and professional staff!

It was far from the centre if you aim to visit and explore the center of Hamburg, but exploring the area around the hotel was a fantastic experience!

Quite hotel, good night sleep.

I liked the quite area, not a lot of noise on the street and around the hotel, it was a good sleep.

The age of the guests in this hotel was mostly over 70, maybe that has to do with the quietness in the hotel. And the prices for the food in café Bistor were really expensive: I paid € 27, - for a schnitzel, which is € 10, - cheaper in every German restaurant, even in city center.

It was nice and refreshing short stay.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was nice. The restaurant offered me Good beer even after official closing time. There is a small parking just by the entrance of the hotel restaurant.

The hotel advertises sauna. It was quite cold. - But I admit that I came late and it was still nice of them to let me use the sauna fora las hour.

we are very satisfied and would recommend staying here.

the breakfast buffet was varied and good, also the sauna use and safer auto parking garage all being included in the price. Venue looks attractive both outside and inside. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

the second night at the bar, the staff were not so attentive when you wanted another drink and kept disappearing. we sat for 15 minutes with empty glasses waiting to order another.

Fair price for very good service

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean and parking was included. Location was not so far away from the location I was attending other activities (Sport).

Sunda morning ithere was many peaople for breakfast and it seems that there was not enough personal to make tables available. But out of this small thing everything was very good. I would come back.

Quaint traditional German hotel that really delivers on offering a traveler with not only a nice place to stay, but good

Really nice traditional German style hotel with modern updates. Many quaint areas to relax linger and enjoy yourself. Pleasant hotel staff eager to accommodate and please their clientele. Reasonable prices for hotel and dining. Will definitely return to area for family functions.

Carpets in halls could be updated to match rooms.

Disappointing stay with dated room

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was really sparse and very very dated. There was no air conditioning, the double bed had one pillow and only a single thin duvet, so was the wrong size for the bed. Power supply was limited and not where needed, no usb connectors.

Everything was fine, the personal is exceptional, they even put up for us an extra table in the garden, when all were taken.

TV set is very small and the programmation is too poor.

Schönes hat Vorrang

Es war alles perfekt, sogar die Sauna hat man alleine für mich eingeschaltet und: Ich hatte mein Saunatuch bei dem Aufenthalt vergessen. Das Personal hat sich super eingesetzt das Tuch zu finden und mir wieder zuzusenden. Telefonanrufe seitens der Rezeption und alle zeitlichen Versprechen wurden eingehalten. Besser geht nicht!

Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber

Der Kaffee war nicht so lecker und der Teppich auf der Treppe und im Flur oben müsste mal erneuert werden

Zimmer veraltet , Dusche eng und verschimmelt. Dame beim Frühstück unfreundlich. Auf warmes frühstück musste man ewig warten.

Godt sted - vi kommer tilbage igen

Dejligt sted i hyggelig tysk landstil. Fine værelser, gode senge samt rent og pænt. Rigtig fin morgenmad og god restaurant.

Personalet havde ladet et vindue i værelset stå åbent og der var lukket for varmen, da vi ankom. Det du’r ikke i december.
