Affordable and charming, but bring earplugs and a possible sleeping pad if someone needs the futon

The apartment is lovely and charming and the bathrooms are pretty good

Not very good sound proofing between rooms. I heard our neighbor in the next room talking all night. No exaggeration. All night. Nobody slept well. The pull out bed was not in good condition and very very uncomfortable, and there were not extra blankets or pillows to help things

Comfortable to travel with a car. In nearby streets you can find free parking. Super comfortable bed. Kitchen has all utensils. Host is super responsive- provides even some tips where to eat and what to visit.

The showers and toilets could be cleaned more often.

Super welcoming!

Very beautiful property. Feels like a home far away from home. Super clean - amazing smell welcomes you as soon as you step foot it. Kitchen very complete, useful to cook quick simple meals but also more complex. Lots of bathroom facilities. Extra blankets and heater in the room.

A minus point is that when we stayed they had a remote worker. This means that the person occupied the terrace and have calls for 8+ hours and left dirty dishes around until the end of the shift. We didn’t really mind it super much, but it also meant that we felt uncomfortable spending time on the terrace.

Все було чудово,дуже гарний хостел,задній дворик то окрема любов.На кухні все є потрібне для приготування,холодильник,великий стіл,зона відпочинку.Дві ванні кімнати на поверсі,жодних черг не було.Кімнатка маленька,але нам з дитиною вистачило.До центру 2 км,до пляжу 2,5.Поряд є невеличкий кафетерій,де готують смачну каву і свіженькі чурос.Неподалік музей Пікассо(але ми нажаль не встигли там завітати)Одним словом рекомендую від щирого серця.

Трошки пахло сирістю,речі натягнули вологи.

Tutto, casa super confortevole ,noi l’abbiamo affittata tutta per 12 persone , stanze e bagni a volontà ! Personale molto disponibile e gentile , disposto ad accontentare le nostre richieste . Casa pulita ,con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si arriva in centro . Zona tranquilla

Piccola ma confortevole

Struttura accogliente completa di ogni servizio a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città di Malaga ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia impeccabile e gentilezza dell' host( via wattsapp).

Im Großen und Ganzen sind die Apartments in Ordnung – wenn man das ganze Haus für die eigene Familie oder Gruppe mietet, nicht lange bleibt und keine Feier plant. Pluspunkte: • Ein großer gemeinsamer Ess- und Küchenbereich, in dem man abends gut zusammen sitzen kann. • Einige Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Minuspunkte: • Sobald die Zahlung über Booking durch ist, meldet sich der Vermieter und bietet eine inoffizielle Buchungsabwicklung abseits von Booking an, um Gebühren zu sparen. (Screenshots der Kommunikation liegen Booking vor.) • Der Vermieter verlangt eine Kaution, ohne die man keinen Zugangscode für die Eingangstür bekommt – mit Verweis auf seine AGB. Auf der Booking-Seite steht jedoch klar, dass im Schadens- oder Partyfall eine Strafgebühr möglich ist – von einer Kaution kein Wort. Genau für diese potenzielle Strafe verlangt der Vermieter, dass man seine Kreditkarte freigibt. • Im Dachzimmer kann man duschen nur dann, wenn unten gerade niemand duscht – sonst reicht der Wasserdruck nicht. • Das Haus ist angeblich mit Dezibelmessern ausgestattet, bei lauten Gäste droht die Straffe

Bien ubicado pero no recomiendo en verano.

Me gustó la ubicación, está cerca del centro y bien comunicado. Además, se veía bastante limpio, la entrada común es agradable y la fuente de agua fresca ayuda mucho con el calor de esta época.

No me gustó que no había aire acondicionado y con el ventilador de techo no era suficiente, por lo que la noche fue bastante incómoda. Además, aunque el baño compartido se veía limpio no estaba bien cuidado por parte de los otros huéspedes.

Für eine Nacht war es OK. Kochen/Essen super, schlafen weniger.

Schöner großer Essbereich mit Sitzecke und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Mehrere saubere, hübsche Badezimmer mit modernen Duschkabinen. Es werden Strandtücher angeboten. Wasserspender da.

Das Zimmer war weder komfortabel noch angenehm. Sehr hellhörig. Matratze durchgelegen, kaltes Neonlamoenlicht, Fenster da, aber man sieht nur Hauswände gegenüber, Jalousie klemmte. Evtl keine gute Gegend. Polizei war zweimal an der Ecke. Etwas umständlich ins Zentrum zu kommen.

Buen lugar para hospedarse.

Las instalaciones, la casa muy organizada y bien perfumada. Tenía suficientes mantas por si tenía frío y enchufe al lado de la cama.La gente muy respetuosa y en general me gustó mi estancia.A pesar de que hubo algunas cosas que no se adaptaban a mis gustos y comodidad dentro de la relación calidad precio estaba muy bien.

El colchón estaba un poco duro a mí gusto y la almohada demasiado blanda. Pero eso es a mí gusto ya que yo acostumbro a un colchón cómodo y una almohada que se adapta a mi. Lo que realmente no me gustó o me molestó fue que tuve que ducharme en el piso de abajo donde el salón comedor y el agua solo salía de tibia a fría. Pase frío duchandome ya que yo acostumbro a ducharme con agua muy caliente. Aclaro que estoy no es una queja sino lo que no me gustó en cuanto a mis preferencias y comodidad pero por el resto todo estaba muy Tampoco me gustó el barrio jajajaja pero eso a gustos colores como bien se dice.

Küche schien gut eingerichtet zu sein, wir haben sie jedoch nicht benutzt.

Lage in nicht besonders gutem Viertel, zwar nicht weit weg von den Bushaltestellen, jedoch als Frau alleine/zu zweit nicht vertrauenserweckend. Nachts recht laut aufgrund der Nachbarn. Das Etagenbad war sehr klein und nicht besonders sauber.

A 20 min caminando está el centro, si vas en coche se aparca por la zona medianamente bien. La habitación estaba limpia y te proporcionan toallas En mi caso, que tenía que teletrabajar me encantó contar con una mesa y una silla en la habitación. La wifi va bastante bien

Alojamiento acogedor para llegar a descansar.

Me encantó que se pueda hacer el check in por internet y que no me haya tenido que esperar nadie para hacerlo y entrar a la hora que necesitaba entrar. Que tenga espacio para cocinar, que tengan insumos para bañarse, la limpieza de los espacios comunes y la habitación. Tenía todo lo necesario. Se comparte el baño pero la verdad casi no sentí que hubiera más personas ya que nunca tuve problemas de tener que esperar o apurarme o que estuviese sucio.

Creo que no está tan insonorizado en realidad porque medio si alcanzaba a escuchar a los de L lado aunque no mucho. Pero todo estuvo bastante silencioso por lo general y alcancé a descansar muy bien
