Quiet room, unusually nice comfortable bathtub, excellent breakfast.

The tea setup in the lobby was lovely, the tea delicious. But it would be nice to have cups available without having to beg for them each time.

Charming hotel close to old town

Charming hotel in a traditional building. Good location next to old town, everything in walking distance. Nice touch with free coffea, tea, biscuits and candy in the lounge area.

Room towards the street was a bit noisy. Needs more storage in the room, for clothes, and some shelves in the bathroom.

Lovely little hotel in excellent location

The apartment hotel was very clean and well equipped. The furniture was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. It was in a great location in the old town, walking distance to everywhere. The staff were lovely.

Lovely breakfast - good choices eg lots of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, meat, cheese, croissants, toast, juice, room very nice, courteous helpful staff. Excellent location in the centre near the old town. Attractive reception area offering complimentary sweets and tea.

A little parcimonious with the toiletries and the coffee pods in the bedroom. Also forgot twice to replace the shower gel. This is a minor criticism.

Presentation was excellent- public areas/ rooms Central location Staff delightful and knowledgable Breakfast menu extensive and plentiful

Tea in lounge a nice idea but regularly had to ask for teabags . Only 2 coffee pods in room! Confusing door label to request cleaning. If it got turned then no cleaning or replenishment done No natural light in our room on floor 2 inside and could see inside room from lift if curtain open Very expensive so not really good value for money

Great location for watching the Holy Week parades. Comfortable appartment with good continental breakfast and great service. Did not use the small kitchen.

Lovely hotel, great city.

Great location for all the sights. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good size room for a city hotel and very clean and quiet (despite roadworks outside). Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Unfortunately there are major roadworks right outside the hotel at the moment, which makes vehicular access impossible and would be difficult for the less able. Would be difficult to access with big cases, we were ok with only hand luggage.

Disappointed with stay

Facility had a budget feel. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good.

Temporary problem, but major construction on road outside creating difficulties with access and noise. We felt that we should have been notified of this construction prior to our stay. Major problems with air conditioning and poor room ventilation. Bathroom needs towel racks and more hooks.

Enjoyed our visit to Malaga despite the rain.

Extremely helpful staff and great location even with the roadworks. Enjoyed our visit.

The hotel is basically fine.with a few flaws. The bathroom is dangerous, there is no safety mat in the bath to prevent slipping. It is dangerous to walk on the bathroom floor with wet feet, like an ice rink. There is little storage space if one is staying more than 1 or 2 nights, the drawers were very small. We were not unhappy with our stay and I rarely comment on sites but I thought these issues were worth bringing to your attention. I don't want you to publish this and cause difficulties for the hotel.
