Design city stay to be recommended!

The pool on the roof it’s just beautiful and the view around and on cathedral top. The reception it’s very nice and I love the haribo servings in entrance. The whole building is very stylish and design and there are lot of exceptional details. The stuff is incredibly nice and polite and they gave us some exceptional tips what to visit. Really great!

I didn’t love the breakfast. Once because it is underground even lit with atriums, it is still not the same if in the regular floor. The breakfast was good but was bit missing the option of ordering omelet and coffe ( there is coffe automat which deliver good coffe)

Good city hotel but no luxury in the room and would hesitate to stay longer than 2 nights.

Good location and great decor.

The gym was tiny can only fit 2 people in there. The rooms don’t have much natural light because of the courtyard. I also found the bed slightly hard.

Wonderful hotel with great service. The room was perfect for a family of 4, the twin beds for the kids were so convenient. We were able to use the spa as a family of 4 for an hour and it was so appreciated. They arranged an early morning taxi, had great restaurant recommendations and the location is perfect!

A Gem in Malaga .

Great quiet location . The hotel is beautiful , staff very helpful . Rooms spotless , lovely big comfy beds , white bedding and large white towels in the bathroom . The roof top bar is great to relax on and the staff are very friendly .This is a second visit and we will be back .

A lovely weekend away , near to everything Malaga has to offer.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Staff friendly and approachable, ready to help with any questions. Welcome drink on arrival was a very nice gesture and you were able to help yourself at any time .

Exceptional facilities and staff

Absolutely super location...in the heart of everything but on a side street away from the noise of the city. Staff were exceptional...They could not do enough for us...gave us an early check in...late check out and allowed us full use of the roof top terrace and spa facilities until our late night flight. Spotlessly clean...free snacks in the minibar Highly recommended and will definitely stay when in Malaga again

A must when visiting Malaga

Wonderful welcome by front of house team , Spa is beautiful as is the roof top pool and bar , every person representing the hotel was a joy to come across , they also provided great advise on places to visit & eat during our stay - big Thankyou ! The final touch was on my birthday the Hotel without prompt sent a card and some chocolates !

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone, lovely staff, food & location!

The staff were absolutely lovely, from the very beginning welcome to the continual smiling faces & care shown throughout the stay. The breakfast was high quality & tasty. Location was great, literal minutes from the old town. And the on-site spa was LOVELY and we used repeatedly!

The bed was not the most comfortable, the mattress was a bit too soft for my back and the pillows were too hard. This lead to some uncomfortable sleeping positions. Additionally, the roof pool was smaller than in pictures and made swimming mostly unfeasiable as you couldn't do length or similar. Moreover, it was very exposed due to the glass siding.

Beautiful boutique hotel for a memorable stay!

Central location on a quiet street with beautiful viewpoint of the cathedral from the rooftop. Modern room with good shower and comfy bed. Lovely note that welcomed us with complimentary chocolates and drinks. Free wine and fragrant smell in reception area. Relaxing spa with good ambiance and great facilities such as jacuzzi and sauna. Would recommend!

Had to ask the receptionist to turn the AC on as it was not working automatically. Other than that, there’s nothing to dislike.

Fantastic staff - everyone amazing from start to finish. Always very helpful and smiling. Genuine feeling that the entire team loved working together. Lovely rooms and amenities . Complimentary mini bar. Great location. Quiet street.

Limited space on terrace meant people ‘reserved’ sun loungers with towels and disappeared for half the day. Some people reserved an extra bed for themselves under an umbrella! Need some kind of notice saying towels will be removed after 30 minutes of non occupancy. Very frustrating.

Fantastic stay

A great stay at Hotel Well and Come. The staff are fantastic, as is the location. The pool and spa areas are the icing on top of the cake and although the pool can get a tad busy, there are plenty of places to put yourself even if it isn't a sunbed.

Nicely fitted boutique hotel on the edge of the old city.

Clearly the hotel had recently been totally converted or refurbished and was modern and clean. Receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was immaculately clean at all times. Pool area was nice but clearly no nice views due to the hotel location.

Location just outside the old city was ok but not as convenient as previous stays in hotels near the cathedral. I bought breakfast on the first day but was unimpressed with the overall choice of food given the cost. The coffee machines didn't have enough coffee beans and staff had to be prompted to rectify. I dislike windowless rooms. The bathroom was very small and I would question whether or not a door is required ?

Friendly, kind, thoughtful, clean and tidy, safe.

Unbelievably kind staff, incredibly helpful and accommodating, friendly. Took all my anxieties as a solo traveller away, stored my new made friends’ bags whilst we explored before they needed to head to the airport, and VERY kindly upgraded me giving me the loveliest restful room to enjoy myself.

If I hadn’t had the upgrade, I may have felt the price was slightly high, but it was unquestionably a beautiful hotel, much like its sister hotel in Lisbon. Wish I’d used the facilities more - will just need to go back!

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful new hotel in Old Town with a nice welcome glass of Cava at check in. The staff was exceptional, especially Luca. He was so helpful and arranged a reservation for a Flamingo show nearby. The spa was divine and a great little lively rooftop bar and pool to relax at after a day of sightseeing. What more could you ask for!!!

Great little hotel

Very nice hotel, really clean and modern, rooms a bit on the small side but very comfortable and the location is excellent right in the middle of everything yet quiet around the hotel despite it being so busy in Malaga. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

It had a small rooftop bar but no one ever really went to it in the evening which it made it a bit pointless. Rooftop pool is lovely and a good size despite being on the roof, could do with replacing some table and chairs with sun loungers, however very clean modern and well run little bar for small snacks and drinks at the pool staff really friendly.

Great new hotel in a great part of Malaga (old town)

- great new hotel in a great location (everything is walkable to the old town) - spa and rooftop bar and pool - excellent breakfast buffet with many options (great way to start the day) - very nice staff all went above and beyond to help

- consideration for better linen (they are good but could be better) there is a pillow menu - spa has odd reservation system and not enough places for resting (only two loungers) - spa hot tub needs to be kept at a warm consistent temperature - not alot of food options in the hotel (only roof top bar)
