We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and offered a glass of champagne. Sweets and water were also available at the entrance. Although we arrived much earlier than our check-in time, the staff graciously accommodated us in the lobby until our room was ready and cleaned. We had planned to visit the spa, but unfortunately, it was fully booked, and we weren’t aware that advance reservations were required to use the facilities. However, the staff went above and beyond by extending the spa's hours just for us, allowing us a late slot that evening. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our stay. A big thank you to the staff for making our visit exceptional, along with the spotless room and stunning hotel facilities. Our stay was absolutely marvelous.
