Your member of staff on reception was exceptional. She was the night shift, spoke excellent English and was swift to organise our keys, payment etc. and we saw her early morning and she still was on the ball and friendly.

Served the purpose almost perfectly!!

The room was lovely and clean, the buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is not the easiest to find or access, especially if you are approaching it from the wrong side of the highway. The car park is usually pretty full......we found a space both times but I mention this as a warning to people, especially if arriving late.

Location is great and downstairs facilities seem good and look very nice

The rooms are terrible, it looks like a prison cell. Bathroom looks like a caravans bathroom, in fact I’ve been in better caravan bathrooms lol and the toilet is in a cupboard very strange and the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with the worst back pain. The rooms are not a reflection on the dinning areas downstairs

Clean and modern

So noisy at night. Could hear the next rooms tv, people talking in the corridor, I got no sleep at all. Only stay here if you must - like I did. Also the sink didn’t drain and the toilet ran all night.

asked previous night if the have breakfast for people with gluten intolerances. After paying the fee, they only habread guarantee without gluten. I had Spanish omelette (very bad quality frozen one) and cheese. I was sick after that. No the chance to check the ingredients. No cakes or anything either or muffin. I paid the same than others. I wasn't expecting the same range but a bit more, guaranteed, it would have been fair.

Terrible. Non stop noise

Location to airport

As a female solo traveller first I was given a room which had an adjoining room door to another potential guests room. Only a latch to secure the room. Didn’t feel safe with that. I asked to be moved. Hairs in bathroom in bath from another. Awake most of the night with the noise of others banging doors coming and going. At 7am the cleaning lady’s started banging and talking and laughing constantly. their storage room across from my room door. Construction work noise coming from ground floor. All in all a terrible stay without sleep and rest by the time I arrived to the airport.

There was construction and building works going on in the corridors so a bit dusty in places. Doors quite thin so could hear people clearly in the corridors. Breakfast was a bit simple

Unsatisfactory stay, not worth the money.

Bed, bathroom and location

Noise disruption, thin walls - hearing guest all through the night. Floor 3 resembled a building site, refurbishment taking place. No tea or coffee facilities in the room ( had to go to reception and ask). No iron.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.The staff member who booked me into the hotel,the barmaid and the staff member who check me out this morning were extremely smiley and very friendly..I appreciated this immensely on my first solo travel.

Situated near a sewage plant so was an unpleasant odour. The coffee at breakfast was dreadful and the orange juice was diluting juice not what you would expect in a hotel.I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions but the standard seems to have dropped.

Really confusing the hotel is called something other than Travelodge. Drive around the block 3 times looking for Travelodge sign. Beds only had a skinny little sheet. No blanket.

I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The size of the room is satisfactory.

I chose this hotel specifically for its advertised parking facilities. However, upon my arrival, I discovered there were no available spaces in the parking lot. I sought assistance from the staff, but the response I received was indifferent. The staff member suggested I look for parking elsewhere, showing no interest in helping me resolve the situation.

It was clean. Loved the proximity to the airport.

When we arrived, the outside entrance smelled like a sewer. The shower head was held together with duck tape. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way.

The food in the restaurant is very poor. pitifully bad. served without a shred of attention. We also had to wait an hour for our grubby chicken leg with bare rice.
