Excellent staff. Clean and beautiful rooms. 20 min walk to many attractions, not ideal for children.

Staff were excellent, from front desk to the cleaners. Super friendly and helpful. Most were fluent in English. Our Superior Double room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Air con was quiet and powerful. Rooms were cleaned daily.

12 days before arrival, I messaged the hotel requesting a cot and they agreed to it. But when we got there, no cot. We had to speak to the front desk to arrange it again. The info isn't being shared well between the booking.com platform and their internal systems. Small-medium breakfast range. Rather bland. €20 per person, per morning. Not worth it for us. We ordered from cafes instead. Location is about a 5 min walk from the main street, and 20 mins to the coast and roman ruins/moorish castle. With a baby, I would have preferred somewhere closer.

Perfect stay at the H10 Croma Malaga

Fantastic hotel & staff this was our fourth stay at the H10 Malaga, great location close to Market and all attractions. For a busy hotel the staff always welcoming and friendly the rooms are comfortable and spotless.

Maybe review payment options available on rooftop bar giving a customer an option to also pay by cash.

Great hotel easy access to bus and trains, most importantly central

Staff were very professional and polite. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The choice to have a full breakfast or a snack.

WiFi in the rooms kept dropping out which was annoying as had to keep going to the reception area to get a better signal

Great hotel in good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. Every aspect was top-notch: from the delicious and varied breakfasts that started our days right, to the unbeatable location for exploring the city. The rooftop bar provided a fabulous setting for evening drinks, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently helpful and welcoming. We can't recommend it highly enough!

Lovely and comfortable beds. Absolutely perfect with twin beds when traveling with friends. The breakfast was amazing, the location very central, and the rooftop terrace to die for!

The location was perfect, close to the old town. Very beautiful hotel. Room is spacious. Really liked the fact that they gave a you a bottle of water every day. Loved having a balcony and really enjoyed the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely short visit to Malaga, wonderful city with plenty to explore, and many choices to eat.

View from balcony was super. Large bathroom. Located very convenient for both city centre and the port. Rooftop bar area very nice with our sort of music playing.

Hot water took a long time to run which seems to be wasting a lot of water.

Prefect location for a city break.

My second stay here and as always, fantastic. Great location and everything is walkable. The Junior suite was enormous and super comfy. The staff were all exceptional, particularly Dani on reception. Very helpful and always smiling and keen to answer any questions. The breakfast is great and you can order any style of eggs or omelette to order s don't be afraid to ask. The rooftop is lovely, lots of seats and a small pool to dip when the temperatures get too hot and of course great views. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Cava at breakfast at the weekend would be nice, I seem to recall we had it last time we stayed.

A really good place to stay

Well designed, spacious rooms with a lovely balcony. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Slight corporate feel, but very nice nonetheless.

Check-in was a little slow and it thanks to a sudden influx of guests there weren't nearly enough staff serving at each of the bars. Otherwise, all good.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to main sights and shopping areas. Convenient parking available on site. Hotel is clean, beautifully decorated with airy communal spaces. Rooms are a great size and the bathrooms stock the essentials. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. The food served at the Rooftop Restaurant and the Bar was fantastic, as were the cocktails! The staff and service were great. The hotel offers an excellent and extensive breakfast selection. We were spoilt for choice!

In the afternoon the seating area around the plunge pool gets busy, so some more sun lounger type seating somewhere would be great.

The location just on the outskirts of the old town was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean.

The pool was small and shallow. The pool area became full within 30 mins of the pool opening.

The Staff, oh so caring and kind, without Dani and Laura’s support when my wife left her phone in an Uber we would have never have got it back. They went above and beyond as we didn’t know how to get an emergency sound out of the phone so that the driver would hear it. They did and their actions saved the day with an incredibly honest young man working for Uber. Thank you so much Dani and Laura, my god bless you and yours, people carry so many precious things on their phones these days, not least my wife. Lots of love to you both xx.

Thought it was a bit overpriced, all things considered and feel there is better value in Malaga. It’s a beautiful hotel but it lacks a personal touch for its clientele

Excellent hotel, highly recommended

I had an excellent stay at H10, the staff were very friendly, and accommodating, the hotel is exceptionally clean and our double room was incredibly comfortable, and the beds very large. Despite being close to a main road the hotel is very soundproof and you don’t hear any cars. It’s also in a great location near the centre of Malaga and 2 minutes walk to the local food market which is a must visit for fresh clams and white wine!
