Great location, easy stay!

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was nice, but since we stayed for 6 nights, it became monotonous. The location is superb, everything becomes super close-by, we barely used public transportation. The rooms were cleaned up on daily basis. The hotel is located in a very tall building, so very easy to spot it from many different points in the city, especially from the beach. The sink was leaking beneath the day we came to the room and it was fixed the next morning - very nice!

Location, very clean and spacious room. I was upgrades to a junior suite! My balcony view faced Larios Street. I watched the christmas lights from there. Friendly staff. Beatiful lobby. Walk to old town and pier. Nice rooftop. Highly recommended.

Sort out the breakfast issues - not difficult - and it will be a great 4* hotel in all respects.

This is a good hotel. The room, location and staff were all excellent, but it has an Achilles heel in terms of the quality of the breakfast. See suggestions that follow.

The breakfast. The choice of food items and beverages is good but the organisation/delivery is poor in some respects. The staff appear to be doing their best but they are hampered by both systemic and organisational issues. I believe I am right in saying that the food items, both hot and cold, are prepared in the hotel’s kitchen on the seventh floor and transported down to the breakfast room on non-temperature controlled trolleys via the guest lifts. This is not really a problem for the cold items but it most certainly is for the hot ones. Inevitably these arrive at a much lower temperature than when they leave the kitchen. This is then compounded by placing the service dishes, uncovered, on a hot plate which leads to more cooling. The upshot is that often the hot items are not hot at all. In addition, replenishment of these dishes is a problem at busy times because the transport of them limits the number of batches that can be produced and maintained at a suitable temperature. Use of temperature controlled trolleys to transport the items could alleviate both of these issues. There is also a problem with the location of the butter pats, on a shelf between the toasters and hot plate, which means the butter is so soft that it is close to being rancid. Another simple issue to resolve!

Modern spatious room, in a vibrant main square/road, excellent staff.

Really nice location en la Alamaeda Principal street, close to main MAlaga square were the nightlife was quite vivid. The staff was friendly, the room was modern with street view, big and a comfortable bathroom and bed. We did not eat at the hotel to try local gastronomies.

The car parking was a little confusing, had to struggle to find entrance, resulted to be public parking near hotel, They applied a discount with a hotel voucher but was exactly the same amount the public parking gave us. So did not understand well ,maybe because we just stayed one night.

The property was a very good value for money, with amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Only missing thing was a fridge with drinks that would have made our stay a bit more pleasant.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great views over the Main Street

Great hotel, staff are very polite and helpful, we staying in a junior suite on the 10th floor with views over the street, which was amazing, the suite is very spacious and there is also a small pool on a lower floor.

Great location in proximity to city center and all the shops and sights. Room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Staff was wonderful throughout the stay.

Definitely wish there was a proper loading spot , and easier arrangement for parking. Though, once I contacted the hotel directly, parking process was clearly outlined.

The location was fantastic, felt like we were really close to all the sights, restaurants and also the seafront. Loved the styling of the hotel and it was very comfortable. Staff were excellent.

Good, but team needs training to provide a quality service

Location was great! Room was very spacious as well

The very first night I arrived, the room door would not open. I asked for help in reception but the person there didnt' have the tools to help me (in fact, he even kept checkin-in other people or even laughing when a couple of girls showed him a video while I was waiting for him to solve this problem) The hotel is beautiful and well located, but it would be awesome if they trained their team to provide a quality service to their guests.

Unbeatable location - just a few added extras would make it outstanding.

Fantastic location, super clean, staff were great particularly those in the bar and overall a great hotel.

Liked the room overall - but lack of storage for clothes - only a handful of hangers in the wardrobe and no drawers for personal bits. And a kettle would have been handy for making tea. People in the room above decided to stay up until 3pm on the final evening - noisy through the balcony and lots of scraping of chairs.

It was incredible, this is our secon time here and we love it!

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a perfect location! The hotel is located right at the beginning of the main promenade, which makes it ideal for exploring the city. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. On our first day, they surprised us with a complimentary breakfast when they found out my birthday was the next day — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that truly impressed us. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are comfortable, and the whole experience was just perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — you won’t be disappointed!

Good hotel for a short stay/ling weekend in Malaga

The hotel is in the perfect locationnclose to the Old Town, Marina and not far from the beach or Alcazabra. We got upgraded to a Junior Suite on our arrival. That was a nice surprise!

The breakfast was a disappointment, not on the level of a 4 star hotel.
