Everything was very good. - In particular the bar staff were fantastic and loooked after us very well indeed. The cleaning ladies were very tolerant and gave us everything we needed - at all hours. The Reception staff were also very good - the Ladies were more attentive and reactive than the chaps (who were quite charming) but not as tolerant or detailed as the girls. (Eg, a friend left a jumper behind and asked the chaps if it was in the lost and found area - returning saying no. We asked a lady a few minutes later who found the missing item - in the lost property behind reception.
The only issues were that the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (fundamental design flaw) - seen that before many a time.
The main issue was that your beds are not comfortable at all. Woke up with aching back after 3-4 hours sleep. Not what you want on a holiday. The pillows were not that good either - too soft, no support at all. You need one relatively "solid" pillow, and another squidgy pillow for extra support. Flannels (or cheapie sponge) would have been good.
