Excellent hotel in an excellent lovation

Hotel reception/bar/restaurant very spacious and welcoming. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfasts are well displayed with excellent choices. Room was comfortable and liked the fact that complimentary bottled water was plentiful!

From check in to check out, all staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast, including a range of gluten-free options. The 'made to order' omelettes were very tasty. The hotel is in a great location, easy access to old town and beach. Everything in the hotel was spot on.

Clean tidy some problems

Clean tidy and good public rooms.

Air conditioning did not work adequately in either of our rooms ( we had two separate rooms as part of the booking ). Maid removed the cards keeping the air con on when we were out of the room - which would have been ok had the air con worked properly - which it didn’t! Rooms very small.

A memorable stay in Málaga.

The location is perfect. Alex was pretty helpful, and the facility was in the newer building. The room was impressive.

During the night I spent there, there was a party at the back end that looks like a church or a place where people have music or something. It was crowds of people joining at night until late, and then next day in the morning, the same happened with a complete party and an orchestra that was all inside the room even though the windows were closed. Just like I've got a free ticket for the event from my room :)

Good location. Excellent, efficient and helpful service. Super clean. Great reception team, especially Alex, who helped us with a problem with our membership. Enjoyed the pool after a day in the city.

Accessible, great location, lovely rooms with very comfy beds! Loved the pool and breakfast was excellent.

Some of the pool area could be updated, some cladding was coming loose.

Great city centre hotel.

Great location within easy walking distance of city centre, port and bus and train station. The staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast choice was extensive. The outdoor terrace & bar were a bonus but the pool is not really for swimming - more of a plunge pool.

There was noise late into the night from outside the hotel, so take some earplugs.

Our stay at this hotel was delightful. We were greeted by friendly staff from the very beginning. The check-in process was quick and simple. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There was a wide assortment of choices for breakfast. The location was centric, and it was very convenient.

Disappointing

Hotel had great location but that would be about it

The pool area was extremely crowded, there were people in the pool who were acting very inappropriately if you know what I mean. A lot of crews staying in the hotel we had to wait for our check in when the crew who arrived past us got the rooms straight away. Fancy looking breakfast but not much to choose from - for this price you can find better spots to stay in Malaga.

The staff were excellent - always polite and friendly. The location was great! Very comfortable hotel. Pool area was nice but the pool is small! Breakfast buffet was fantastic - great selection, great space with indoor and outdoor tables.

Fantastic location, great check-in - thank you Rafa on reception for the smooth check-in and room change. Juan Carlos on Concierge was always super friendly and very helpful. Noted a lot of airline staff checking in so it seems to be their hotel of chose as well :). Bonus to have a roof top pool with a snack bar.

More sunbeds are needed instead of just chairs at the roof top pool.

Nice hotel, but stay was ruined by poor air-conditioning and staff malaise.

The location and general presentation of the hotel was good.

We booked one of the superior rooms with a terrace for a 4 night stay in mid July and we chose the NH based on previous experience in various NH hotels around the world, thinking that at least in the middle of July in Malaga we could rely on having a nice cool hotel and room to return to at the end of the day. Three times we had to get the engineer to visit the room and try and fix the AC, but to no avail. The first night I had to ask reception to let us sleep in a spare room after waking at 2am to a 24C in our room! The following 3 nights my wife had to sleep in my daughter's room whilst I endured an uncomfortable 22-23C. When I mentioned this to the staff and housekeeping they just gave me platitudes. I'm wondering if it's a Malaga thing or a general NH malaise.... don't think I will risk booking NH again to find out.

Wonderful hotel with everything on your doorstep!

Fantastic hotel in great location. Only a few minutes from the Centro Alameda train station and then just as close to all the amazing places in the city. Every member of staff we encountered couldn't do enough for us, from reception to the bar and restaurant, everyone there made our stay amazing!

Lovely hotel in great location.

Lovely modern hotel. All staff very friendly and efficient, great location, very comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and really fresh. Outside terrace was nice for a drink. A few minutes walk to train station, bars and restaurants. Roof top pool/terrace was small but very pleasant.

We had a balcony room at the rear of the hotel. Didn't really use it as below us was an area that was used by a lot of homeless people to meet and sleep (very sad) but problem in every city I suspect.

Comfortable hotel in central Malaga

I liked the location, walking distance to most attractions. Check in is 3pm and tiring to wait especially after a long overnight flight. However, the staff there was very nice and called me at 2:30pm. Facilities were good. Bathrobe is definitely a plus and the veranda was lovely.
