Super location, clean hotel, wonderful experience.

Super Location, loved the room with the terrace as it opens up to an amazing view. The room was super comfortable and the location is within 10- 15 minutes walking distance to the city centre with easy access to lots of restaurants, tapas bars, historical sights, malls, train station, beach etc.. The hotel and the vicinity is super safe and clean. The staff are great and really helpful and go out of their way to cater to your comfort.

Thigs that could be better are sound proofing between rooms, also the breakfast could be better as the options are limited and repetitive and for someone staying 4-6 nights it gets boring.

Did the job at a reasonable price including a great breakfast.

The breakfast was fantastic- everything you could want. The location was really handy got the train station- only a 2 minute walk. The room and bathroom were very comfortable.

There was some noise from the street - but to be expected in a city hotel. We could not get the TV to work at all.

Booking Vs. Hotel - please discuss yourself and not burden me!

Location. Room was okay but maybe overpriced for what it is and strange features like the automatic door... ...hair dryer and kettler seem more state of the art to me than Minibar, six pillows etc.

Not sure if booking or hotel is to blame, but they refer to each other. Hence, I leave a bad rating and let them settle this: As two friends we explicitly asked for two beds in room. On arrival 2bed room was not available due to weekend bookings (yes, after thrice asking me for kind of rooms, 'on availability' was mentioned in the fingerprint). Hence, we wanted to cancel and go with another option. Now, the receptionist Caroline did not made any concessions (okay, a bag of gummy bears later) and referred to bookings and 100% cancellation policy. On calling, Booking referred to hotel and stated the hotel can cancel anytime without explanation.

Good value, no frills hotel in a great location

Great location, walking distance to all the important sites. Loads of really nice restaurants/bars/coffee shops close by . The double room was small but adequate for a 3 night stay . Very comfy bed, really nice bathroom with a great shower and fresh towels every day . Nice and plentiful breakfast , and really pleasant and helpful staff . All in all , a good value ,no frills hotel in a great location

we loved Malaga much more than we thought we would! Terrific city to visit.

The rooms are very up-to-date with a great layout and style. The beds were soft and comfortable. The location is perfect because it is close to old town and the old town. Also easy to get to. Couldn’t have been easier. The hotel has a special deal with the parking lot down street which valet park your car for €17.

The only real downside is that the lobby has way too much fragrance.

Conveniently located

I had notified the hotel I would be very late arriving and on arrival I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was expecting me. The room was super quiet.

Good hotel - would recommend

Really lovely room. Kind staff. Great location!

Breakfast was minimal and didn’t change each day. Wish we hadn’t pre booked breakfast even though it was convenient. Paid extra for the terrace room- not worth it! The terrace space is small and lacking good furniture also the aspect on the hotel roof top is not appealing to sit out on.

Loved our stay

Fabulous stay, staff freindly and attentive, new renovated hotel very clean. Rooms are nicely decorated and bathrooms fantastic, hot power shower and nice ameneties, Great location. Iced lemon water and lolies in the lobby is a nice touch. Breakfast is fantastic value nice choice and full buffet too.

Good hotel for visiting Málaga

Clean and comfortable hotel located a 10 minute walk to the old town and the port area. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and managed to accommodated an early check in on arrival. We stayed for a one night stop-over and would definitely recommend.

It's a little bit like a concrete block with no view from our room but it met our needs and we wouldn't hesitate in booking it again

Very nice stay!

Conviently situated close to shops, restaurants and cafes and the staff were very extremely helpful.

Like many past reviews, no coffee or tea facilities in the room. When you come back to the hotel after walking for miles around the town, you do need some refreshment, but perhaps the idea is you help yourself to the stocked fridge ( at a cost ). Think you can assume they have no intention of providing this service, even if they do get negative reviews.

Very Small rooms for Málaga

The location

Double room had 9 square meters in itself, bed is small - definitely not for two persons - and at least 2 out of 8 rooms per floor are like this. Only twin rooms are actually double, mine was a single sold as double.

This was a last booking, great value for 3 tired stressed travellers. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast great value as an extra.

Lots of options

I really enjoyed staying here. The price was reflected in the quality offered. The cleaning was very good. The food was good with no complaints for the 5 nights that I stayed here. Is buffet, I added some pictures with what I eat. :) Water was amazing and shower is very good. The internet is very good. AC very good. The location was at 5 minutes walk to city center, port, Malaga parc and beach. The metro is just crossing the street, and is the last station to center or first going up to Costa del sol beaches or airport. Train station is at 10 minutes walk from this hotel. Buses station close and everywhere.

I didn't understood the toilet position, in the bathroom, is kind of hard to stay like that. The minifridge was not cooling enough and I am still not understanding the wardrobe from the double room I sat. Was a little uncomfortable. Had 3 doors, hard to open from both sides and if the middle one was not closed properly you actually couldn't open none of the 3 doors.

The most friendly and helping staff Perfect location - close to the city center, bus and train station and like 300 m from the metro to/from the airport Great quality bed and sheets The cleaning ladies did the best work The “picnic” packages they made when we had to leave before breakfast were very nice

Very good beds.

On the last day, the receptionist was very rude and unresponsive. Since our flight was closer to the evening, we asked to store our belongings a little longer in order to go to the city by ourselves. It seemed to him like a burden.

Really good value for money

Location is very central between the old town centre and shopping malls ( El corte Ingles & others ) and the railway station ( 10 minutes by walk) but is in pedestrian zone where taxis are allowed to enter and so is in a quiet area. B'fast is very good and wifi excellent, Staff were all extremely nice and helpful

Bedroom Door springs very tight and need quite a heavy push to open; sometimes there was an annoying odour in the foyer area coming from what seemed a nearby outdoor source probably due to some problem in the public sewer system

It was mostly clean, staff did what they had to. Breakfast lady was very friendly, food selection was nice. Juice and coffee both very mediocre tasting (and that's an overstatement). Location was very convenient near the local train station to/from train station & airport.

Stains in the chair, a lot of noise from streaming water in the pipes through bathroom wall from rooms above. TV was dreadful: didn't really turn on (took 2 minutes then a black screen) and hardly an acceptable channel selection. Horrible sewer stench in lobby upon entering the hotel. Staff not visible at reception at all times irked me for the price I paid. They were in the room behind reception it seems. Location is good when you need proximity to transportation hub but if you're staying more than 1 night to be in the city it's quite a walk to say the old center and the port.
