Great Malaga city hotel.

Lovely room with extra large bed and lovely bathroom. Everything super clean and good quality. Marvelous buffet breakfast with excellent staff continuously topping up and clearing away. Great rooftop bar and pool area with fabulous views of the city. If you have a car there's a car park right across the road and you can buy a weekly ticket to come and go as you please.

Wasn't keen on the long slightly firm bolster like pillows.

Great breakfast buffet, room and bathroom very well maintained and very clean. We came by car so parking marmoles across the street was very convenient.

This a truly fabulous Hotel and the staff ALL the staff but especially the reception staff are on a whole new level of helpful happy friendly professional that make and made this stay and every stay a thing to look forward to each time . As well as fabulous rooms and a super roof top bar and pool area with malaga views ro rival all views . Thankyou !! :-)

It was ok but for the price I expected more

Friendly staff, good location. Buffet breakfast standard as most Spanish hotels but good quality Bathroom was big!

The rooms were outdated, the building was doing some construction and parking and fitness center was not available and those were the main reasons for what we chose the hotel

Great hotel for a relaxing city break

The roof terrace pool, bar and restaurant area were wonderful and the staff working there and in reception were very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful hotel, in a great location!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I ate on the rooftop terrace on the first night and, when I explained that I am a vegetarian, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. The room was beautiful and was cleaned perfectly each day.

I can honestly not think of anything I would have changed! This is a lovely hotel, in a brilliant location.

Spain trip

Location was excellent, comfy bed , great shower & a bath ,which after all the walking we did was a bonus 😄 the roof top bar was great to have a drink & a bite to eat ! Nice big room with a view of church , breakfast was good & not a stampede.

Just picky little things & only because I am a perfectionist, finishes in the room , flooring cut too short & paneling around the bath different lengths , like I say really minor things .

Lovely city break in central location

Great choice at breakfast. Excellent help from staff on reception particularly Patricia who helped book a Flamenco show and a taxi. Central location for all sight seeing and plenty sockets in the room. Even the cleaners were friendly.

The price!! I felt over £200 a night was too much.

Bad windows which did not close properly, sewerage smell , very bad behavior of the reception staff. The most unpleasant was the incompetence and in professional staff of the reception ! Aggressive and not polite

Great staff and location

The staff in the hotel were all lovely and friendly , we really enjoyed the roof top bar and would like to give a special shout out to Noe' who looked after us most evenings in the bar. She really made our stay a memorable one!

The only negative was the size of the pool. The people around the pool clearly went up at the crack of dawn to get a lounger and didn't leave until late, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool even though we would have liked to.

That there were no parasols around the pool, making it too hot to use the sun loungers. Also the undercover seating area could do with a thicker sun blocking material so the heat from the sun doesn't come through.

Fabulous stay in Malaga

We were upgraded by a lovely front desk lady to a spotlessly clean room with a balcony and loved it! Very comfortable bed with a medium pillow top mattress and soft foam pillows, which made for an excellent sleep. Breakfast staff catered for my gluten and lactose intolerance with a smile, and the selection of the buffet was good. The location is a short 10-minute walk into the centre, and it feels safe. The rooftop cafe had a great view of the cathedral of Malaga, and we enjoyed some scrumptious cocktails as a nightcap every evening enjoying this fabulous view. We would definitely return to this hotel and can recommend it without hesitation! GRACIAS POR TODO!

The rooftop pool is small and given the amount of people using it we refrained from utilising it on this occasion.

Highly recommend for position and facilities for a city break

The position was excellent . The rooms were spotless and ready on arrival. The hotel is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The facilities are as described and the staff very helpful .

The rooms on the side of the front entrance were a little noisy so I’d recommend staying on a higher floor . There is not much space between bed and bathroom door on one side and outer wall on the other .

Staff all so helpful & friendly. Loved roof top bar & pool, views of city fantastic. Every part of the hotel was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at.Breakfast had plenty of choice. Great comfortable hotel for a few nights in Malaga.

Couldn’t complain about anything regarding the hotel.We were woken after 1am with commercial bottle bins being emptied, went on for over 10 minutes . Not really acceptable at that time of the morning. Obviously outwith the hotels control

Brilliant stay

Excellent location. Just outside the old centre, but accessible by taxi. Brilliant for a Malaga city break. Very clean and good facilities, especially the rooftop pool and bar. Almost all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not good value. It is easy to get a delicious good value breakfast within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The bar man in the ground floor bar. He was the only member of staff who was unfriendly. I had a recently broken wrist and needed ice to cool the swelling with ice every day. By the end of our stay he was very rude and virtually threw the ice at us.

Overpriced

It was in a great location and really easy to access the city. We were given a great room on the top floor which had fantastic views. Staff were friendly and the rooftop bar was great and had good drinks prices.

Given how much we had paid for this hotel, I just expected better. The second night we had got back from a hike at Camino Del Ray, and there was no water in our room. The hotel staff didn't know when it would be fixed and we spent over an hour waiting and complaining multiple times before being sent to a different room to shower. We only came for 4 nights, the first one just an arrival, so it meant we wasted a lot of time where we could have been out for dinner. We weren't offered any compensation for this. Secondly, the other reason we booked this hotel was because of the rooftop swimming pool. When we came to use it, there was limited beds and a lot had towels on reserving them, and people not there for over an hour. The pool was really small and not heated, it was freezing. We had to share a subbed, and then never used it again. Overall, the hotel isn't worth the price.
